Anyone have any suggestions for a note 2 with a broken lcd screen that my dad gave me? I don't want to spend more than 80 bucks to fix it and I'm willing to sell it and a few cases & spare battery for a reasonable price. Thanks

Why not visit your local T-Mobile store and ask for the "Smoky Screen Protector" its 10$, dont know about tax.

U can get 1 at tmo store for 10 bucks thou its not worth I had it for 2 hours and took it off went bought clear one. Problem is that u can only c either in portrait or lanscape mode depending how u cut it. Do not but it save urself few bucks and just tell ppl to fuk off when they picking on ur screen.
i bought a bodyguard from pocketsolutions, but I had no idea that there were different sorts of tp2's
i can return it for an exchange but that'd cost me around $16 and then i'd have to wait 3 weeks processing time and then 4 weeks international delivery back to me

Had anyone ever done so? I can get a brand new fascinate a guy dropped and cracked the screen. He wants 50 bucks for it, and I found a screen for 90, is it that difficult?

With an iPhone it's easy as pie. I can't imagine it's very hard with our phones.
Yeah, I've done similar on iPhone an DSLites... they're all easy and generally pretty cheap to replace.
I always just bought off of ebay and did the work myself.
Just find a youtube video and take your time. Its easy.

Also, considering you can buy off ebay without a contract in fully working condition for about $150 or so... I don't know if its a good deal to buy a phone for $50 then spend $100 on replacement parts.

so my fit would not charge to turn on after it sat for a few weeks including trying all the suggestions on here and the web.
so i had purchased the Best Buy warranty for $25 when i bought it that had a 2 year full replacement feature and i wouldnt normally buy them but $25 and i was wearing it on my wrist so i did buy it.
today i went to get that replacement Fit since mine was broken and the Best Buy assoc says "would you like a $179 BB Gift card or a replacement Fit" and i had no idea that was an option and without question took the $179.
in my opinion its a year old now and i had my fun but that cash could go to something newer tech or whatever.
anyway in case anyone else has issues and bought this warranty its great to know you have this option.
will miss my fit a little but was using it less anyway
