HELP - I relocked my bootloader and I am presented with this message on boot.

So I rooted the device with chainfires method and it went flawlessly. I decided to go back to stock so i flashed the stock images from https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images with no problem. After it came back up I booted into the bootloader and ran "fastboot oem lock" and I am not presented with this message on boot. If my bootloader is unlocked, i do not get this message.
EDIT: Typo - factory oem lock meant to say fastboot oem lock

just noticed not everything was being extracted when unzipped the volantis.zip....trying it again now.
That did not work:
I had resolved this by flashing everything manually.
I can not flash the system.img
Get it.
So now your device is flagged as being rooted.

Yeah that;s cool. Not worried about that.
So could you solve this? Is it locked without any flag now?

Bootloader unlockable?

I've only seen information regarding the T-Mobile version having an unlockable bootloader. Is there any word on the AT&T version?
I'd love to know as well. Might have to go to T-Mobile if they have it truly unlocked
I have the ATT version and dev options has the OEM unlock option.

Hi Mojar, thanks for the response. Pardon my ignorance because I don't know how the process works - does that confirm the AT&T version can be rooted?
As far as I know, I could be wrong, if there is an OEM unlock option in the dev option. chances are they "may" be a hope for root access.
Well you guys can try to see if you can boot into fastboot and input the command to check if the bootloader is indeed unlockable

well i tried to get into fastboot from the tmobile steps and no go aparently att left out fastboot even with the oem unlock option checked, we only have download mode
If you browse the t-mobile forums you'll see they arent able to flash anything for root/recovery

No, your best bet if you really need root is to sell your ATT LG G5 and purchase an unlocked Tmobile version.. Looks like it will be sometime for the ATT version to gain root

A9s Freeze when attempting a custom recovery.

Hello,
I recently tried to root my HTC One A9s and all was successful up until I tried the custom recovery (TWRP) when I enter bootloader and attempt to boot to recovery mode my phone freezes and displays the text "This build is for development purposes only. Do not distribute outside of HTC without HTC's written permission. Failure to comply may lead to legal action"
Bootloader unlocked, imaged and cache cleared and have I just have this problem, first time running into this i let the battery die and attempted to yet again enter recovery mode only this time showing "Software status: Modified" not "Official" and I also have some "<Orange State>" if that's anything to worry about?
Thank you in advance.

I don't have any experience with the A9s, but I've ran into this before with HTC OneX. Are you s-on or s-off? Also, are you sure the recovery you flashed was meant for this device? (I ran into this when I accidentally flashed HTC One recovery on HTC OneX.)

How to unlock bootloader and flash LOS?

Hello, I can't find a guide to unlocking the bootloader, I have the Redmi Note 3 Pro 3/32gb, and would love to flash Lineage OS, but since I don't want to mess this up I need your guys help! Thank you.
I think this one is best since here you don't need to download the whole stock rom.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/guide-rn3-pro-se-t3565172
And yeah, i am linking you the unofficial way.
After you unlock it flash the firmware by psyman and then lineageOS (i am assuming you are in mm now)
