sorry for my late answer but i fix my phone . i flash v10e european firmware and it's fine, now i'm lookin' for something new at phone, I need to downgrade it and then root it but i'm afraid a little..

Download the origal kdz file lg drivers and the lg flash tool from lg website. Then plug in your divice while off and hold volume up at the same time. This will put your divice in download mide. Then open flash tool and select Emergancy Normal Flash
Select Clear update registry. Country: different country. Language: English an start and presto instant resore. Not this unroots and installs lollypop

Unlock bootloader offline AT&T LG Optimus G e970
Hi everyone, I have an AT&T LG Optimus G e970 running stock Jelly Bean and I want to install CyanogenMod 12 to get some Lollipop goodies. The problem is I live in Cuba and don't have full internet access. My question is:
Is it possible to use the Fregee app offline?
Is it there any other method to unlock the bootloader where I can get the several components needed separately and do it offline?
Does the Fregee app uses the Internet connection for something else than downloading the custom recovery, and if not could I get the custom recovery separately and copy it to some folder in my device so that the Fregee app could use it?
Hope you can help me.
Thanks in advance.

Try Restorying back to using LGNPST. You can read about it over here here under How to LGNPST to restore a factory image. and try re rooting again.
If you need any help try the LGOG IRC: #lg-optimus-g [Last time I was there they were really friendly and helpful]

If you don't flash with kdz for P70x, and your MBR is unchanged, try to flash my KK kdz for P714/mex/telcel:
https://mega.co.nz/#!wlsGiAoT!NH8h3loDsqlUYLF3CXYDc4zeu2QYd9sp77Tab3trBuE
This is prepared kdz like others in post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-l3-l5-l7-l9-ii/development/kk-kk-kdz-p710-root-t2950532.
And please don't flash with official LG tool, use this tool/procedure: http://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-l3-l5-l7-l9-ii/general/tutorial-how-to-flash-lg-phone-lg-flash-t2988436
If you destroy your MBR, only JTAG can help you.
Win 10
On windows 10, it's not a problem. If drivers worked before and you made and upgrade(not clean install).
Andreas
Can you move it to the right thread or delete it.

Greetings,
V20c seems to be available for Europe now. This should be the kdz for Germany/Europe: csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FW929XQ23203AQ6C3FD2QPZ/V20C_00.kdz
Any chance you could do your magic to it?
Thank you!
