Tried 10-15 times Since Morning!
We cant flash
XCU FIRMWARE DUE TO DIF.
Basebands..
And dont.know when our prime will have that lovely update..
If anyone knows how to skip Baseband Flashing and Flash only System!
Then let me know i will try it ryt now!

I also got it for my G530FZ
Just updated via kies but.....sad......it was not LP5 update..........It was a update for JB4.4.4...........firmware file which was kies downloaded for my phone that file's size was large enough to fool me. guys sorry for disappointment.....lets together wait again to XXU to come to our phones

I am not that well versed with flashing ROM's or firmwares, I just have a quick question. Will I be able to get ICS 4.0 using PC companion or not? If yes, then When will I be able to get the update?
My handset is Xperia Neo V and the SI# is 1254-8966.
I don't want to play with Flash tools or Nordic firmware. I hope that I eligible for this update from Sony Ericsson.

i am using nordic version in India since 10 days!!
will now move to Indian ICS
Could anybody, with indian ICS, check if is avaliable at "settings" --> "more" or "other" --->"mobile networks": any checkbox about "national roaming" or something like that???
GB Global firm, has both checkboxes: roaming data AND national roaming data.
however, nordic firm, has not second one.

dere is no Indian version for GB only global version AFAIK..

as far as i know, we can't.
it says " your device has been modified. Software updates are not available."
thats when i choose "Check Software Updates" in setting.

u need to make a kernel and write the code fr OTG ... .if ur successful ...ul be able to read usb drives ...otherwise it can also lead to a brick

I would suppose that stable will be released next week (based on the 2-week pattern of releases)
A 1.0 stable version of VibeUI based on 4.4.2 is already out at http://vibeui.com/xiazai.html but it's all in Chinese. Hopefully, a ROW version will be released soon too.

I tried rooting the phone with sp tool v5.1 with no success ...TWRP was not installed
Can some one plz provide a step by step method OR a link to the same, to root OR to downgrade from KITKAT 4.4.2 to any previous version?

Do you mind as well uploading the G850F Lollipop version when it comes out? We would all greatly appreciate it since most of us are rooted and want to just simply flash it through Odin since we dont get OTAs.

Unfortunately it doesn't work on G850F, i guess will have to wait a little longer.
Guys, G850S (SKTelecom) and G850F (International Model) are not same perfectly.
G850S has Exynos Modem 303 (ss303), G850F has Intel xmm7260.
If you want to use lp for G850F, there is two way for that.
1. Port Lp for G850F (but official lp for g850f has released before porting lp)
2. be patient.

If you need the stock firmware for any Samsung device for any region go to:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
Create an account and you can download any of them. (You can alos create a free account just the download speeds will be slow.)
Or you can use this tool to download it:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-s/general/tool-samfirm-samsung-firmware-t2988647
But here you need to know the exact PHONE, CSC and AP version strings, also the region code, and device code. You have to type them in manually

Sry guys to be not Online :/
Hey Guys and before i write my little text i must say to you, Many Many Thanks to the Support and the good Featback
But yeaj´h, i must tell your Guys a very back massage. I Stop woking on anythink, like the S6 Rom and Modding. Reason i have a crash with my Motocycle and the GAlaxy Alpha is Broken like the Iphone 6 Bendgate, it´s not working and i buy a new LCD Display but anyways not working, so i give it away. Now i have a Nexus 5
Also, i have no time anymore for Rom making and Flashing Roms )Nexus 5 Stock) , I will STOP making ANdroid thinks, "well why ?" i have many thinks to do in my Real life, like Working and making Driver Licence.
I will not come back guys, my Golden Days are Over ....
Yeah, i wish you all guys you will be lucky in life and to have much success, yeah i am very Sorry to you Guys but my eal Life is much important then Android Development

battry life i can´t say you, reason my Battery is bad

I did a full wipe, data, cache, dalvik cache...and flashed this rom with twrp, everything went ok but after reboot the phone is stuck on black Samsung Galaxy Alpha screen.
Any suggestions?

What if I´m already on Lollipop? Should I install the bootloader as well after flashing the ROM or will I be ok just with the ROM?

when you have alerady intall 5.0 you not must be install the bootloader than i works without the bootloader

I wanted to ask if there is any chance to get a dark version of the ROM? (I'm talking of course about the menu not being so withe) Being an amoled phone this could help on battery side and also for me looks better

no m8,antill is no offical 502 for 850M,you cant flash it,
you will have bootloop & without network conection (no 2/3/4LTe coverige diffrent modem on M)
