I installed their MiPhone PC application and it came with the drivers (can't post links yet, but search for "pc software miphone manager miui", should be the first link in google).

Thanks fo sharing. Did not work 4 me, still stuck on 20%
My Problem was that the driver not full installed
I missed the "redmi" driver
It installed when i Boot into recovery
Even redmi note2 prime can't even read my 32GB thumb drive connected through otg cable.

Please use FAT32 format for USB drive
I can't see my redmi note 2 drive on win 7 and on their software MiPC suite still don't see when i plug in the phone.
Anyone got an answer of where to get a working USB driver for the Redmi Note 2?

Yes. You have to either click on the tray icon on the device that is not installing properly. If you cannot find it there, go to "Devices and Printers" from the control panel (or type devices and printers in start menu) and right-click on the "samsung android usb device" or the unknown device you suspect is not connecting properly and go though the motions of having windows download the driver. If it does not allow windows to download automatically, there should be an option to adjust the settings..
Microsoft article link windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/automatically-get-recommended-drivers-and-updates-for-your-hardware . skip the video if you do not have silverlight and expand the section on getting drivers.

Thats definitely a problem of drivers. You'll find those on Motorola's website.
Also you can use the search button here.

@SilverLink : with ur link it says unable to install since a newer version is already installed
am facing almost same issue with my razr xt912. Win XP is not recognizing the device. MDM is unable to detect. earlier there was no problem. I factory resetted it today & afterwards facing this issue.

Sometimes it does not work at the first try.

Looking forward to using this when I get root for my watch. Just waiting for firmware at the moment. If my contacts are already synchronized with my phone, does this enable me to add contacts directly from my watch. I just about always am using my watch as solo and it is only remotely connected to my phone

There isn't one, in alternative you can use the 3/16 alfawise h96 pro plus q9377 that will work but there is a bug in wi fi connection that is constantly disconnecting, i got my hands on the 7.1.2 for the entertainment box h96 pro q9377 older models i'm going to flash it soon and let you know the outcome but for now the best for that device that i know of is the stock that comes in it

I just flashed the 7.1.2 ebox h96 pro + to my h96 pro and all is well about that wi fi issue i told you befor i dont know yet but i think that is stable in this version just google for ebox h96 pro 7.1.2 and when you get to the website select the old h96pro plus models "they are the same box" flash it by the burn card method, you will need to chend the name.of the firmware to aml_update_packadge.img on the burn card tool you must erase bootloader, ok ill post some pictures
