Does anyone know how to enable usb mass storage mode instead MTP? this is so disgusting because of slow transfer between mtp and pc.

I'm using the MIUI 7 developer ROM (5.9.9) and it appears to be using mass storage mode by default.
I can use mass storage only in recovery
I dont know why

Hi I've been having problems with my USB mass storage mode. It turns on fine, and I can transfer whatever files I want, but after I'm done and I turn off the USB storage mode, the ROM crashes. I've ejected the phone and the SD card from the computer before switching off the USB storage, but it crashes still. Is this a known issue or there's something wrong with my phone / me?
Mass storage is been buggy for all kexec based ROMs for Razrs. I suggest use AirDroid. DROID RAZR with Tapatalk 4
