There are multiple threads about getting root. Just use search. And if you still cannot find the right information - you should at least try to be polite.

If you have root and recovery already just flash a pre-rooted firmware via recovery!
If you don't, downgrade to lollipop 5.0.2 (by flashing a new ftf via flashtool)and root via kingroot app and install recovery via xzrecovery app (after getting root access) and then follow these steps:
1.Download a pre-rooted firmware 5.1.1 (flashable zip)
2.Boot into Recovery (TWRP Recommend)
3.Install - Choose ROM direction - flash the ROM zip and wipe cache\dalvik cache
(don't worry this won't wipe your data)
# I highly recommend you to do a factory reset after flashing because if you didn't the phone will be laggy and battery will drain extremely fast
*And If you have xposed installed don't forget to remove it because it may causes problems
