[Q] [with DETAILED LOGS and info] Abnormal Bootloop, PLEASE take a look and help!

Excuse me sirs, but since 2 days ago I am extremely frustrated because of this
And I have seriously used a lot of time to try my best to find out what is happening, by myself, before I post.
However, failed
First please allow me to state my phone info:
Model: LG P500 Optimus One
Baseband: Old
ROM: mik's cyanogenmod port 6.5.7
Kernel: Franco v19.3-bfs → v19.2-bfs
(to be explained below)
a2sd: Darktremor 2.7.5.2-1
Zipalign on boot activated, Dalvik cache on SD-EXT
SD card: 32GB Class 10
1250mb EXT-4 Partitioned, 0mb swap size
Things I'm sure it is working normal
Phone signal, mobile data, wifi, bluetooth, camera, camcorder, video player, music player, headset, USB cable, CPU stable overclocking 729max, hardware buttons
The Problem
All "the problem" written below refers here:
When the phone is booted from power-off state...
the LG logos are normal, did not stuck
the boot animation is normally played, at a normal rate
the lockscreen is correctly displayed
SetCPU profiles notification is normally shown up
Usage Timelines Free is normally shown up in notifications, and starts working
Widget Locker is correctly shown up
All widgets in the widgetlocker start to load
If unlocked and Launcher Pro is appeared, shortcuts and widgets are loading correctly
When media scanner starts to work
(as I have a media scanner activator as a widget from Extended Controls, I get a toast message when it starts by itself)
The screen is completely frozen and it gets back to the bootanimation (without showing the LG logos)
This simply continues and loop and loop and loop.
Today, I luckily had the chance to save the system log before it turns off
and here it is, of course, the main problem.

Here comes my main question:
I am very sure that the "watchdog" thing is the main cause of this issue
but what is related to "watchdog"? i dont know its meaning
if it is about an app or something else, how can i track the root of the problem with the logs i got?
another question (not quite relevant) is,
what is going on with that

I get this error even when i boot my phone stably.
Detailed history of actions performed to the phone
All "flash" written below means
wipe cache
wipe dalvik cache
wipe battery stats
flash zip from sd card
reboot phone (reboot system → power off → buttons combination to recovery) between every zip
and wipe the above 3 things again before flashing another zip
22 Aug
I was at mik's 6.5.7 + franco 19.2-bfs
I saw the beautiful new franco.kernel 19.3 from the XDA app when i was travelling home, so I made a nandroid backup and want to flash that 1 day later cause if there are bugs they may likely be solved.
23 Aug
I see the bluetooth bug is fixed, wallpaper bug is reported but will not fix
I didnt care about wallpaper so I downloaded franco.kernel v19.3-bfs, and flashed it
after that, I have checked the stable overclocking speed and battery statistics, there was no problem at all.
24 Aug
All things worked flawlessly.
25 Aug
At night I forgot what I have done, probably took some photos and transferred some files with bluetooth.
When I was composing an email with Gmail, the phone suddenly frozen when I was typing and went back to boot animation.
I took the battery off and put it back in, booted phone and it worked normally again.
26 Aug
I turned on Market app and saw a lot of apps needed to be updated, I pressed "update all" and I waited for it.
When I went back to the phone after 30 minutes, it says Process System is not responding. I pressed wait and then another messages saying Market force close has shown up. I pressed the force close button and open my market again.
On My Apps list, all the apps were gone except the ones I was downloading.
Based on my knowledge, an app Eris Market Fix had fixed the market for me in froyo ROMs and 2.3.3 ROMs because of the list emptied by Titanium Backup.
Without a doubt, I launched the app, passed superuser and pressed "Fix My Market". After that, the problem occured.
Using the whole day, I tried
flash mik's 6.5.7 [no problem]
flash mik's 6.5.7 → flash google apps [no problem]
flash mik's 6.5.7 → flash google apps → flash franco 19.3-bfs [no problem]
flash mik's 6.5.7 → flash google apps → flash franco 19.3-bfs → flash darktremor a2sd [problem occured]
flash mik's 6.5.7 → flash darktremor a2sd [problem occured]
flash mik's 6.5.7 → flash google apps → flash darktremor a2sd [problem occured]
Finally, I decided to Nandroid restore to 22 Aug.
27 Aug
I found my phone working properly again, and was happy about this.
However I saw a lot of apps to be updated on the market again.
At this moment, I didnt know the problem was probably from Eris Market Fix, I thought it was something about the ROM or kernel.
Yes I was super dumb and I pressed "update all" again and the phone lag again and I executed the system patch from Eris Market Fix AGAIN.
The problem has occurred AGAIN and I Nandroid restored AGAIN.
This time, I know it was the problem of Eris Market Fix and I uninstalled that immediately, after that I updated the apps from Market one by one slowly so there wasnt any problem
At this moment, I thought all the problems were solved and I was very happy
The CPU overclocking 729mhz max had worked stably for 24 hours without manual reboot.
28 Aug The threat appeared again oh my gosh
I was using Google Maps for 20 minutes, just simple scrolling around areas without any additions (satellites, terrains, traffic etc)
suddenly the phone was frozen and back to the bootanimation
I thought it was because my memory is being used too much?
The phone is rebooted and I tried Street View for Google Maps, I used it for ~5 minutes and the phone reboots itself again.
I now thought it maybe a kernel panic, and I downclocked my phone to 710mhz max.
I opened Street View for Google Maps again and I used for ~5 minutes, the same thing had occured.
HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM APPEARED AGAIN.
On the second bootloop, I quickly switched to alogcat, and the exactly same codes above, which contains the word "watchdog", has spammed my logs and the phone rebooted.
I pulled out my battery and put it back, reboot and set my CPU back to 729mhz
the problem suddenly solved and didnt show again.
I manual rebooted 2 times and it is all fine.
Conclusion
Now my phone is working quite good again
After each reboot, alogcat says:

releaseCheckLocationLock: wake lock has already been released
and no more
BUT, I am still afraid of the problem showing up again and I dont dare to use google maps now But I need it very much and I want to flawlessly use it.....
Please, if you know how to read the logs above, or if you have any suggestions for me to search for the root of the problem, please just leave a reply here and thank you very much!!!
I have no more wishes, I just want my phone to be stable and I dont want to worry about it all day long
Again, I sincerely thank you very much for the time to read this!
Every single reply is ultimately appreciated and will all be thanked with the little button!!!
I myself have that weird error in logcat , but no random reboots so far, except once, after I installed dtapps. I am now using mik 6.5.7 with fk 19.3 bfs and dtapps beta 4 and all seems stable for now. But I had my share of problems especially with 6.6.1. I would recommend getting dalvik cache back to internal memory.
After flashing dtapps, sometimes phone freezes @ Lg logo and have to take the battery out once or twice...I had this on 6.6.1 too, but never before with old cm7 versions. Because of the reboots, some system files got corrupted and evertime I tried to install an app, reboot!! (from the cyanogen arrow logo). Nothing else to do except wipe & flash again.

Same problem here, using dark tremmor or ungaze. At some point, after installing one too many apps, the phone gets into bootloops, restarting every time at the point of loading apps. This cannot be fixed? Using ungaze i set sd ext to max 2Gb and when getting between 1 and 1.5 Gb of sd ext used bootloops comes back. At that point, the only way to stabilize the phone is to wype data. I understand there has to be an equilibrium between parts of apps that remain on internal mem and the parts of same apps that go to sd ext. But ungaze moves everything to sd right?
Unfortunately a2sd devs stopped developing as far as i know.

Replace com.google.widene.software.drm.jar with the original one then fix permission to rw-r-r then reboot.
Where to find it?
just after fail update do "wipe cache partition"
