I wanted to know if it was possible to replace an LCD (complete of glass/touch) of a gt-i9301 ( S3 Neo) with one of a gt-i9300 (classic S3).

May work and you will get a better quality screen lol but do you mean change glass or whole screen?if screen I don't think it will work, because S3 Neo is worse version than classic and also screen may be worse as hardware

I have to change the whole screen/glass as you can see from the attachment.... From the good one...to "That" one...xD
I understand but why to down upgrade? Everyone knows that classic S3 beats Neo in every aspect if it's working just replace frame

if it was so simple I would not have asked you....
Basically the problem of s3 neo, is that, LCD and touch completely broken (black screen, just sounds)..... Meanwhile, i have that classic s3, and it have a big problem on the network hardware (tried to change imei, flash new baseband, flash new kernel, stock firmware, custom firmware, EVERYTHINGS) ...so basically is useless (i use that phone just like a tablet with the wifi.....game, various app...youtube etc), so it is for this reason that I would sell the entire block LCD/touch/glass.... Here in italy this complete replacement , cost with all the shipping about 90€ (100-105$)......
So to me it would be fine as 70 € with all labor ( and the customer gave me the go ahead ) ... just to "gain something from something that I do not use"...
This is why i created this post... I think you know all the work behind it ... that's why I would like to avoid wasting time.

I understand if both phones aren't at least fully working just experiment with them I heard of replacing motherboard from I9300 to I9305, chaining screens in those models but I haven't heard about changing screen from S3 to Neo

Just saw the news of the project ART, to replace the Dalvik machine with pre-compilation of the code...It allows for much faster execution. Maybe the most advanced phones won't see that much of an improvement, but I think for a S2 it could give back all it's life and power. What do you guys think?

Hmm i thing if s2 will be upgrated official than this features will be awsome but if our phone get only CM this feature doesnt seem to be integrated. For now this project is still not official and could be unstable even on phones with official 4.4 for now. But in the further future who knows...

I think ART will be great in a few months, once Google iron out the bugs it will be great.. stick with dalvik for now
I read about the major hack into snapchat DB and tbh, I could care less about that, it was only a matter of time for that to happen. What i'm more concerned about is I got a notificatoin this morning from snapchat, which I haven't used in months, and noticed I had a snapchat FROM MYSELF, and upon viewing it in my freshly awoken stupor, it was more or less an old fashioned emergency broadcast but it mentioned something about zombies and in the center of the image had a url. I can't remember if it was tinyurl or some other sort of shortening url service, but i neglected to screenshot it fast enough and no matter how hard I google I can't find any information on it because of this who DB leak thing.
Has anybody else received this message too?

i have avast, but either way those programs typically just scan for malware and bloatware and/or ciq.

No idea how did this got into your snapchat, but the message on pastebin is about free speech and stuff, so its safe, but I actually have no idea what the guys that did it want to accomplish by doing this. English at level master required to understand this so I understood about 7/10 of this

Hello! I just bought OnePlus Three A3000 Android 6.0.1 and I'm wondering if it's possible to connect it with my Gear S. I have a Samsung Gear app (from auto-backup from my last phone - Galaxy S5) but it can't find my smartwatch (yes, I made it visible). But apart from that I can connect with it using Bluetooth menu but as you know it gives nothing...
So, is there a way to use my Gear S on OnePlus Three as I used to use on Galaxy S5?

i got the same problem here. I bought teh Gear S because i read about it that you can use it with a regular Android phone by just using the Gear app. This is not correct for the OPO 3. google didnt help me in this case hope that someone here could point us in the right direction.

i used to pair my galaxy gear with android 5.0.2 , beyond that you can't do anything

The best reply is : no you can not, it works only with Samsung phone.
Otherwise you can try a lot of method and maybe if you are lucky it can works but the Gear S is not made to works on no Samsung phone.
Playstore as new "Gear S" plug in but last time I tried it not worked. You can try again now.
