I have the HTC One m8 and recently installed PA.
When an incoming call occurs, the answer screen does not appear, and I am unable to answer the phone without turning it off then on and playing with the status bar. This is very annoying. Is there a way to fix this?

Same here, with Oppo Find 7A. I found out that if the phone is ringing and the call does not appear it will appear once I lock my screen.
Any fix for this ? I love PA as it supports all useful features while being fairly stock.
you can update to the most current version of pa and also set the dialer that you are using as the default app

So on my Thunderbolt im currently running SHIFTS3NS3. ROM. Which by the way is a awesome Rom but i have a problem. Each time i get a missed call it pops up with this huge Missed call notification Saying who the call was from. Now i was able to go into the text message setting and stop the notification on that from popping up but on the phone setting theres nothing showing for that. Do anyone have an idea how i can stop the notification for missed calls
Ok so i've searched around but could not find an answer to my problem. When I was on gingerbread on my s2 if I left my phone on silent mode I would still know that I got a text message cause it would go out of standby and the tab will show 1 message. I recently put ics on my phone, and noticed that when its on silent and on standby the phone does not let me know that i have a text message until i press the power button and look at my notification bar. Is there any way to make the phone go out of stand by and show that there is a message in a similar way as it di on gingerbread.
It's an option with GoSMS; in AOSP based roms, the screen doesn't turn on when there is an incoming text. It could be that Samsung roms turn on the screen -- I don't recall.

Hello everyone, I am brand new to my Droid DNA and I am not a fan of the stock "drag ring to answer" call screen. I have disabled the lock screen in order to get rid of this for unlocking the phone but it still shows up for incoming phone calls. I would prefer not to root my phone. I have tried apps such as Ultimate Call Screen HD, Easy Answer, and HD Full Screen Caller ID, but these apps have either simply not worked or would not actually let me answer the call (the phone continued to ring even after pressing "answer"). Is there a good solution to this?

Now my phone is working again properly after the stability update I still have one nagging little issue.
Is there any way to make the vibration for text alert longer like it used to be before in 4.1.2.
I now only get two little vibrates and they are easily missed if in the pocket. Before it used to give a long single vibrate.
I have tried all the settings I can think of and find but cant seem to change this ?

This is my nightmare nowadays. For example, while texting in whatsapp , when i received a phone call, screen suddenly changes into the full screen incoming call interface. And because of the answer button is located about the keypad, i accept the call by mistake everytime. This is a very annoying situation for me. I am not a good android user enough and i made a lot of search about that. Unfortunately i didn't find anything.
My question is, is it possible to change incoming call notification as dropdown from the top of the screen style while using another application?
