Can anyone comment if these are legit?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-Origina...mAh-Genuine-/141685254886?hash=item20fd196ae6
Seller claims they are genuine and their rating is decent, but don't want a fake.
Thanks in advance.

This phone is extremely hard to find a legit battery for. But my rule of thumb is, if you want genuine, don't go to ebay. Check my thread that may help

I got one from Amazon

Ebay is fine if you know what you're doing. I purchased one from a seller a while back and haven't had any issues with it, but I made sure to do my research beforehand.
The seller took pictures (not generic web images) of each battery he was selling, still in their LG hard plastic packaging that you would get if you bought it from a store. Not the no-packaging bulk factory batteries that everyone else sells. And unlike those bulk batteries, the one I purchased had the same language writing as my stock battery: English, Korean, French, Spanish, and Portuguese(?). Compared to other batteries you see on ebay that are all in Chinese save for some bits and pieces of English.

Because I don't have one within a 100 mile radius of my current location? That's like assuming I live in a big city and have access to every single store and manufacturer dude, not cool.

I bought 3 battery from ebay 2 from 1 seller and 1 with the LG charging cradle. I have been using them for 4 months. I read reviews on amazon about so-called legit batteries and people say that it isn't compatible with phone.

Hello,
I bought a genuine battery from Amazon and discovered that is really old (produced un june 2014).
I checked also other sites on Amazon and all batteries seems 1 year old.
The battery seems impossible to find in real shops.

I have heard that LG battery cells are not the best and break down over time. Does anyone know if this is true? just wondering anyways if not buying a genuine battery what would be a good brand to buy?

On my Samsung phone I was pleased with an Anker brand aftermarket battery.

Personally I advice you a better one (IMHO):
http://www.amazon.com/Battery-Anker...F8&qid=1446501645&sr=8-2&keywords=lg+g3+anker
This battery is really well made and got premium cells.
I've purchased one for my Samsung Galaxy S2 (ofcourse related model) and it totally outperforms stock battery.
I'm really happy with it!

Are you sure? I've seen this listing on Amazon as well even before I read your post. I agree with @fubag, by the looks of the terrible reviews, that is a fraud of a seller.
Post something only if you have bought from it!

You can check this by the way :
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/100-...b201644_4_79_78_77_82_80_62,searchweb201560_1

Exactly...i 've got one from aliexpress..It looks like its original.

I bought Anker G3 battery (two) and charger package for the cost of probably just one genuine battery (if you can actually find a real one), couldn't be happier. Performance as good as the original battery. The charger is very convenient to use and the charging speed is decent (overnight). So now I have three batteries, always fully charged and ready to go for any trip I will take.

Have you tried contact you local lg service center
Its around 20$ send through you home
I call to call center they send infomation how to pay the money in sms.i just pay it on Bank.waiting for it about 3-5days

Touch Pro 2 Battery door (for T-mobile)

Can I get a brand new HTC version of just the battery door on my T-mobile Touch Pro 2?
I'm not looking for the housing piece, just the door that clips off to put in your battery/slim
thanks in advance
the way the first version door goes over the sides, the tmobile version "clips" on so to say, no overlapping on the side
so i would not think so

it looks like the price dropped down to 30 bucks. still a little too high. does anyone know why these are not available. i find it odd
I wouldn't mind paying $30 if I thought I could modify it to hold an extended battery!
Anyone know of an extended battery for the Tmobile TP2 yet?
anyone know anyone selling a tmobile touch pro 2 battery door in the US for $20?
thanks once again

Mugen sells one for $79, has a thicker back door. 3200 ma, got sure how well it works.
battery door
i lost mine at a club and the only place i found replacements was on ebay from hong kong.
I decided to buy the extended battery pack with the large battery and oversized cover from Mugen. I've been very pleased with it. I dont mind the extra size for the amount of extra juice I get. you might think about going that route. I just didnt want to trust buying from ebay in hongkong

I haven't wanted to go the Mugen route due to the cost.
However, I have had good luck in ordering off ebay from Hong Kong. Never had an issue there, except it takes a couple of weeks to get the stuff.

I'm just wondering if maybe some of those cheaper oversize batteries on ebay would fit under the Mugen cover. I like to keep a spare battery and swap them rather than recharging.
Does the back of the cover exactly fit the Mugen extended battery, or is there some space there?

Spare battery advice.

Can anyone whose bought a spare battery please recommend. Am worried of getting something that will blow up my phone, thanks in advance. Am located in the UK for info.

Don't buy off-brand batteries. I personally only use ones from the OEM(LG in this case), but at the very least only buy from a reputable company. Like Anker, ZeroLemon, etc
Hmm thanks, will check if anker do this I doubt it though.

At the moment, I'm just waiting patiently until more options become available.
I'd like to find an external charger and a quality 3000mAh in the $25 range. I really don't want to waste $10-$20 on an ebay chinese battery that doesn't work (or will degrade much faster than an OEM battery).

Yeah, I'd have to definitely agree with that. After all the phone is relatively new and in comparison to the likes of Apple and Samsung the batch of accessories and options we have are limited due to how LG dont have that much monopoly in terms of marketing power,
However I am really surprised as to how carphonewarehouse (as i live in the UK) dont have batteries or any retail shop at this moment.
Like you said external charger and good 3000mAh battery (preferably the orginal) is key to be honest.
I bought these on amazon and I'm very happy with them here's the link

Why not?
I got a replacement Xperia Z2 back cover and battery off Amazon and they both worked perfectly.
There's really no other place you could find it. As long as the seller and the product itself have good ratings, you're all set.

For a 6603. Because it will be plugged into a new car full time in the glove box.
I think you can find it at witrigs.com
I recently bought headphone jack from it and I haven't felt any difference.
I have gotten a genuine OEM battery from ebay
I got this battery off ebay. It works fine.
Probably been in storage for a long time, so capacity isn't what it was when the phone was new, but better than that burned out one i had.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Original-ba...Sony-xperia-Z3-D6603-D6643-D6653/201750184440
you should look at anker and craftman batteries. the quality like on original one.
At witrigs.com the battery is no longer in stock. Is anyone else aware of another serious shop? I don't want to buy a battery from an unknown retailer in China.

Lg g5 horrible battery life

Hi, so I am having issues with my battery life of my lg gt recently it has been so bad that I can barely have more then 2 hour of screen on time. When I bought it new I remember that it was much better. I tried everything like reset the phone , using air plane mode and lower brightness but it doesn't help that much. Is there anything I can do because I don't really want to buy a new battery since it's really expensive from lg and other buyers from ebay have really bad reviews.
Sounds like a failing battery.
So what if it costs a good chunk from LG? Be thankful that you have a removable battery at all- with most other phones you would be struggling with a heat gun to pull the back off to even get to the internals.

OP is right lg site rip off, they want $40. Ebay bunch of fakes and shady dealers for battery. When I searched google for original and click on shopping. There's better deals. Walmart had it cheap on there.

I try to stay away from phones with non remoeable battery. But I guess there's no escaping that after this phone But even non removable battery phones from what I read batterys still can be replaced. Just curious you ever have any experience with that? I do like the waterproofing trade off tho.

Amazon Canada has the battery with charge case for $55, but it says ships in 1-3 months. I find when they say that, it usually ships quicker.
There's probably a lot of fakes out there, so buying from amazon or a reputable ebay seller with a good return policy is probably your best bet.
They sell batteries on Amazon for like $8-10.

Anyone bought an OEM S8 Wireless Charger/Stand from China?

These are still crazy expensive in the UK. Loads of fakes about too on ebay Etc.
Wondered if anyone had bought from AliExpress or similar and verified it's the genuine article? If so please let me know the seller!
Thanks!
I have one I bought for my S7 Edge which it worked great with but when I put my S8 on it, it doesn't like it and keeps cycling on an off... It's white with the Samsung label and even fast charges my S7

If you're still looking/anyone's still looking. I have the Xiaomi first gen. 20000 mah power bank. It supports quick charge and is just a great buy. I'd highly recommend getting that one if you're a student or if you're on a budget.

You have two choices really, authentic+expensive or fake+cheap pick one, there's nothing in between except 3rd party ones.

Yep but that's not always the choice though which is why I asked. I bought a Samsung Gear VR from Fasttech, 100% authentic and half the price of the cost here in the UK.. I buy all my vape stuff from Chinese sites, again 100% authentic and half the price.
Saying that with the chargers I think you're probably right. but thought I'd ask.
