Huawei seems to have put in a very good camera sensor. The critically acclaimed Xperia Z5 seems to have noisy pics as compared to the 6P.

My camera is up to date, however, I don't have time lapse or youtube live! :/ Which is bad! :/
My camera app have the YouTube Live but it doesn't have Timelapse.
Maybe just on Android 8.1. Sure of nothing I'm just suggesting
My Android One has it. It comes with Lens, Time lapse, and YouTube Live, like it says.
