Moderator Edit, posting links that are begging for donations are not allowed - to include off site links.
Given that I can only find 1 reference to a ROM with MarshMallow is a thread that has been closed, is there any chance this is a hoax?

The site linked by the OP requires registration and appears to charge for the download, so it's not allowed on XDA.
And if somebody had registered, paid and downloaded that file, then distributing it in the forum would also be against XDA's rules.
