Google play services has stopped working on Moto E Lollipop 5.1 - Moto E Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My phone Moto E 2014 version is rooted and I'm using stock lollipop 5.1 ROM.
I'm getting "google play services has stopped" error. I didn't do anything fancy to my phone.
I've tried clearing cache/data of Play Store, Play services and google framework but still problem persists.
I also tried installing different versions of Play services and play store but no result.
Help me if you know any solution otherwise I've to format my phone

Have you already tried to turn off and uninstall Google Play Services updates, restart the phone, enable again Google Play Services and update it from Play Store?

google services framework installation

I tried to install google play using this tutorial: patchworkoftips.com/install-google-play-store-unsupported-android-phones/1624/ (my device is a jxd p200 and not supported). It worked but I also needed google play services. When I tried installing that is said: google play services incompatible with other applications using the same shared user id.
So I read somewhere that I need to delete google services framework, install google play services and reinstall google services framework.
But I coudn't reinstall that, it just says: not installed.
So now I am stuck with a not working play store and I still cant install google play services or google services framework.
What should I do?
(my device is already rooted, and I googled the problem but coudn't really find a solution.)

Play Store not working on Lollipop

Hello, my Play Store isn't working on Android Lollipop im allways getting the error "492", resetting the data & cache from Play Store, Google Play Services and Google Play Services Framework isn't helping, also wiping the Cache and Dalvik cache doesn't work.. The Playstore Always wants to update Google Play Services, but its impossible because i cant download anything, installing the newest Playstore and Google Play services as APK also doesn't help..
Got it Working
I made a factory reset, everything is working now again, this thread can be closed.

Mi Pad 3, Google Play Services

Hello!
I'm having problems with my new Mi Pad 3. Youtube won't run. When i start it, I get the message "YouTube won't run without Google Play Services, witch are not supported by your device". Have tried to clear cache, force-stop both Play Services and the Framework but that just made it worse, now the Play Store is broken (but i have done a factory reset and got Play Store up and running again).
Found a APK with a patched youtube-version that are supposed to work without "Google Play services". But when i try i to install it, it conflicts with the already existing youtube-app. I can't uninstall the factory-shipped app without rooting the device, and that is my last option...
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
Best Regards

Google Play Store is unable to search for updates

I have a THL T9 Plus with Android 6.0. Google Play Store version is 8.5.39.W-all [PR] and Google Play Services is version 11.9.51. I try to install updates on phone, but I get error message, I can't see even new version of installed applications in the list. I tried to force stop those processes, wipe caches, restart phone and I already updated Google Play Store client version, but none of these helped, I got same error message.

Do i need to root my TB-7304N tablet?

Hi,
I recently bought a tablet from china but i wasn't told that the google play store wasn't install. I tried to download them from their apps as well through some site but none of them works. The google play store just crash. So i've decided to root it but i couldn't find any roms/firmware which i can use to root the tablet. The tablet current version is 7.
Do i really need to root my tablet or there is a way i can get my google play store running?
I notice that there is some thread for tb-7304i or something, will i be able to use them? If not, where can i get details to root tb-7304n?
can anyone help me with this?

An Android device must NOT be rooted to install Google Play Store on it. Use Google Installer v3 to install Google Play Store. The Google Installer v3 comes as an APK which you can directly download and install on your device. Fortunately, this app doesn’t void warranty as it isn’t performing root or modifying the system files. Once the Google apps have been installed, you can uninstall this app.

So when the Google Services Framework keeps stopping then you know there is something wrong with one of the Google Apps you have installed on your phone. Either Google Services Framework, Google Play Services or Google PlayStore. Picking out the particular app responsible might be tasking so it might be best to just clear the data and cache of ALL three apps and also remove or log out of your Google Account and log back in and finally re-boot device.
