Got the 6p today, coming from the n5.
Granted, I've been playing with it constantly for about 4 hrs, but when I pick up the old n5, it feels like I'm holding a domino!
Actually the Nexus6P feels smaller compared to my Nexus6...

That's because it is?
The width of the 6 is the problem. The 6P is the same width and thickness as the iPhone 6 Plus just a few mm taller.

One of my hobbies is custom handkitting for people. I'm not much for dev work and programming, but I've got very nimble fingers.
I wanted to make a little cover for my Lumia that would allow me to toss it into my backpack. I took some perfectly shaded leftover yarn from 6 years ago and came up with this sleeve, inspired by the color of the Lumia and the tiles/simplicity of WP7.

this one in the above picture is from Spigen and it is mentioned clearly that it is competible only with ( flat noo textured ) backs, it seems it will not be suitable for Nexus 6 since it has a curved back.
so i need suggestion for a ring to reduce the risk of dropping the phone
I haven't used any of the ring type, but I do use a FlyGrip on my Nexus 6 and it works great. No problems with the adhesive.
I used this and worked very nicely : ), comfy and still had a kickstand to it ; )
Received the Case Mate Barely There Slim Case, for my S8, this week. Made of hard plastic so don't think it will go well with corned screen protectors.

I know this is an old thread, but do you have pics of your phone with the case?
Osmo OM 4 - pretty much as advertised and has some cool, built-in features almost mimicking operating a drone on the ground level. Ships with two, clip-on magnet attachments, one w/ clamp and the other is a simple magnetic ring to be permanently attached to the back of the phone. Used the latter for Pixel 4a and I still can use the phone case after am done with gimbal. Gonna use the clamp magnet on Note 10+.
