Is this mean that the SIm is locked and if it is, what can I do?
this probably means you don't have a recovery installed, check this page to do so..
follow install recovery and install custom rom parts
you should be fine!
grtz
you do not have a custom recovery image so i think you have to press the volume up and power but i am not sure so give it a try and you will get to the stock recovery
here is a youtube video that someone made on how to root your phone and put the recovery image on your phone http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZwxxO5NbHw&feature=iv&annotation_id=annotation_144594

can't get into recovery (phone reboot instead) from power menu...i don't have a clue?!
You can use kitchen or flash a custom rom where is extended power menu included and there, it works correctly.

[Q] Help in rooting

Okay, the time has finally come.... only 10 more days and my warranty is over That means only one thing--- Rooting:laugh::laugh::laugh:
I am attaching my current build below.
I have only a few Qs:
1) I know that the Kitkat and Lollipop recoveries are same, but is there any change in the recovery to my version? And is there any way I can create a backup of my recovery?
2) Can anyone provide me the most stable and working TWRP recovery?
3) I am thinking of overclocking my CPU and also adding the Double-Tap to Wake feature, I know they are possible only via root... but is doing that worth it?
4) And is there any sound quality mod like Dolby that I can flash on my device?
Thanks in advance and here is the screen shot of my build.

What DOESN'T work? / Bugs
