I would say download the Sprint firmware, P
Where do you live? Maybe it was flashed so it should work in Malaysia.

I am in Pakistan. Will 3g work after downloading g920p firmware ?

You can download the Indian version for G925i from here in Sammobile.
Install with Odin ver. 3.10, if you don't know how to, Google it.

Downgrade back to 6.0.1

Hi, new here with a little knowledge
Want to downgrade from 7.0 to 6.0.1 and believe I can do this using Odin, and have a version of 6.0.1 from sammobile.com.
my first attempt failed as sw check failed - device 5, binary 4.
So have downloaded a version binary 5 of 6.0.1 but this is BTU sw not the VOD version that's currently on the device.
I am a Voda UK customer with a locked device - can I load the BTU version on my device or does anyone know where I can find a binary v5 of the VOD 6.0.1 firmware?
thanks in advance.

You can flash BTU on to your device, however there's a chance Wi-Fi calling and voLTE will not work.
However the bad news... You can't downgrade once the bootloader has been updated. If you try it will fail, most likely at sboot.bin

Yeah it will. VOD and BTU are just the csc codes. BTU is UK unbranded.

Leave it like that for 10-20 minutes. It can take a while to boot up first time.

It most likely will be a 7.0 update. Just keep declining it. Don't install it. Turn off auto update. Set it to manual. Thank my posts that helped please with the thanks button ?
one last question - yes it is the 7.0 - so have said later to the install - is there any way i can delete the install files?

Im not too sure to be honest. I would say you will need root as the files will most likely be saved in /system

Read up this thread. The guy flashed 6.0.1 BTU over 7.0 and it worked fine without issue. If you download your firmware from http://updato.com it comes in 5 files. Then you can flash the 6.0.1 BL separately.

Yeah okay try that. It may work it may not. If it doesn't then try the UK BTU firmware. You need to flash 4 files. CP, BL, AP and CSC. Not the csc_home

Flashing the new Android P for Galaxy S9+

Hi guys!
I have a question! I have a Galaxy S9+ (dual sim) and I would like to "dirty flash" the new Android P because I'm not getting the update via OTA for now. Is this possible without root?
Thank you!

Yes, using ODIN download the ROM for your device and flash it from your PC. Knox won't be triggered if it's and official ROM
Sent from S.G. S9+ Duos
What if I try to flash the new Android 9 with official rom for another country with the same PDA and CSC ?
G9650?
nothing yet for the snapdragon g9650 version?:confuso:

Thanks for the reply, but if I flash it with Odin, I will lose everything, is like Factory Reset. I would like to keep everything just as it is now.

Hi. So I'm on stock Oreo with XME CSC. I have downloaded stock Pie with OXM CSC. What should I do in Odin if I want to upgrade the firmware without losing data?

The theory is just flash Home_CSC instead of the CSC one. You'll get 4 files from sammobile, but need only 3. Choose the home_CSC will not delete data. But as I mentioned above, my S9+ got stuck with Home_CSC so I have to flash the CSC ones. But @alimokhtarabadi successfully flash with Home_CSC, good luck to you.
