IOIO CONVERSION TOOL:
I tried to make a conversion tool to use Rom of other note 5 models like N920 I/C/D etc, on dual sim mobile (specially on N9208). I am not sure if i am on right track or not but i tried to give it a go, as in very near future i will be very busy so it would be hard to maintain IOIO Rom (i am not leaving it but will not update it more often) thats why i am trying to make a conversion tool so dual sim model users can use other developers Roms as well.
THIS IS BETA, I WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA / DEVICE OR ANY OTHER LOSS, USE IT ON YOUR OWN RISK
Advantages:
You can use Rom of your choice and work of your favorite developer
You do not have to be dependent on a Rom, if Dev is not releasing updates you have option to change the Rom
Disadvantages:
Some of the mods will not work as note5 dual sim models use different resources than single sim models. I will try to add them on request (if developer also agrees on iito r you can request developer to add compatibility
It may not work on every Rom, need testers to test and i will add them in the list.
It may not work on every version of Rom i.e if it works on v1 of xyz rom, it may not work on v2 of the same rom as base changing can cause problems.
Whats Working:
1. Dual sim signals, call and messages are working fine
2. Dual sim manager is also working fine
3. Sim selection from notification drop down is also working fine
3. NFC is working fine and has been fixed
Whats not working:
Not found / reported yet.
Add-Ons:
Both 3Minit and Potato Clock will only work if developer of your installed Rom have injected them, this is only enabler not full mod. Please read Changelogs of your installed rom if you could not find 3Minit Battery and Potato Clock then do not flash them. Center Clocks will work on all Roms.
How to Use:
1. Install Rom of your choice
2. Flash IOIO Converstion Tool
3. Flash kernel of your choice (Kernel should be your phone's model, you can not use kernel of different model)
Important Note:
Devs are free to use this mod by giving credit but I want all users to provide feedback, report bugs and suggestions, in this thread so we all can take part in improvement of the mod. I am not against sharing my work but i want to make this thread central so we all participate.

just noticed one minor (to me) item: dial pad on a non-dual sim ROM (in this case, T-Mobile) only shows 1 call icon vs 2 call icons for each sim (see picture). also wanted to mention that my first tests were with the 0901 root/boot image for the N9208. other than that, no problems so far.
Tested on darthstalker t mobile rom, dual sim working but lost features potato clock and 3minit mod also only one dial pad.

3minit and potato will not work as they use different resources. I will include 3minit and center clock in v2
There is a workaround of single call icon button, in sim card manager set Always ask to voice call then phone will ask for which sim to use for call. I will try to find and include a fix in beta 2

thanks for the suggestion! Question: is there any reason the "data" icon would not appear in the status bar? i confirmed i have a data connection, there's no icon that's all. i suspect this is due to the ROM i'm using.
not work with Dr Ketan rom L9 . Device says "System UI .. stopped"
Before your Mod i used it with another Mod Provided in Themes and app section. Everything worked Except for Message was being sent by Only Sim 1. I hope thats not the problem with This Mod @ravian29?

This Xposed module can vibrate the phone on different call status. It should work on ICS to O phone apps.
Features:
1. Vibrate when an outgoing call is connected
2. Vibrate when an incoming call is connected
3. Vibrate when an incoming call is waiting
4. Vibrate when a call is ended
5. Vibrate during outgoing call at 45 second mark of every minute (default is off)

FAQ
Q: My phone does not vibrate when an outgoing call is connected.
A: It's possible that the time of state change for your phone after an outgoing call is connected is slower than expected. This module has an assumption that this state change should happen in no longer than 200ms. In version 2.50, there's a new option to change this threshold. But first you need to know how much time your phone need. Following the procedures below:
1. First Enable Debug Info (new option available in 2.50 also) in setting.
2. Make some calls.
3. Check the Xposed log file under /data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/log/.
4. Look for the line beginning with "cstate:ACTIVE". The value after "durationMillis" is the amount of time your phone needs for the state change for outgoing call. This value might varies so make several calls and mark the largest value.
5. Set the threshold to something higher than the largest value you found.
6. Try calling out again and see if it vibrates.

I haven't checked out the source code for AOSP dialer. But if Xperia phone app is using similar code, then this module should also work in AOSP and other similar dialer.
Technically, this module only call the system vibrator after the method hideCallingProgress in the LargeCallView class. So if this class and method exist, then it mod should work.
You can try it and report back your result.

Actually you can check out the source code from GitHub if you want to know how this module works. It's just a few line of codes.
But again you can try this module to see if it works on your phone first. I have a feeling that it works too.

Guys, please try out this version if the Play store version is not working for you. I checked some Xperia ICS ROM and found that a different method is called which is different from JB. Anyway, I made this version trying to support both methods. Please report your result. Thanks!

I've made a test build to write some debug info to the Xposed log. Can you install it, reboot the phone, try a call and wait until it's connected. Then send me the file from /data/xposed/debug.log. Thanks!

But I think there are some few problms/bugs
OTA is not working
OTA available but when downloaded it gives error (md5 error downloaded file is invalid)
Also the app drawer we cant modify/transperency is not happening (Or else need to change the Launcher)
Also i think there is some issue with network. will confirm by checking with different locations and different sim cards
HI Dev is it possible for you to change the contacts dialer and dialing screen.Or else is it possible to change the UI with same as Galaxy S4 with all the features of this ROM

MD5 Error occurs when the downloaded file is corrupted. Try downloading the Update again.
There are some bugs in Trebuchet Settings
Network is working fine for me.

I wanted to keep this ROM clean with Vanilla UI . So , No Theme Mods from my side for Now!
If You want a Customized Build of the ROM , We will have an App for User builds Soon. Users Will be Able to share their Custom Packages.

You can Flash using CWM but there may be a problem in flashing OTA Updates!

1. Batery Backup superb
2. ROM is very smooth and stable no lag and no flikering full stable
3.With more features
4. UI is almost similar to Micromax stock UI with trebutche launcher in which I am unable to do anything with my app drawer cant change its transperency cant rearrange apps and no hiding of apps. No issue will use Holo Launcher HD or Touchwiz Launcher.
5.with XPosed installer inbuilt in settings and framework we dont require to install these apps. Moreover in settings section we can find plenty of Xposed Modules which we can use to modify the ROM its usage and looks.
6. Though I am facing some issue with Network. Sometime my 3G conncetivity gets lost and disconnected (Need to confirm on this as I am in my work place so will comment on this again soon later)
7. Some issue with OTA as I am unable to update or install it and gives an error.
8. Cynaogen Wallpapers are very nice and clearity of ROM is good with good exposure display
9. I have tested almost all roms on this xda section and else where but found this to be stable cos by using XPOSED framework many ROMS are unstable.
Also i am little updating my build.prop script for self use as of now to check the network issue and increase some more speed effect and ram also

3:if possible please replace the dialer with the one in canvas hd
4:also there is some problem with mount points, it shows mnt>sdcard and storage>sdcard0 and everything gets doubled

11.Most usefull GPS properly is working providing accurate location.

Hey u can delete those double files generated
yes facing brightness issue but no issue we can change from status bar also when we use xpose framework its not giving any issue even from settings
also there is no sim management but when you interchange sim cards on different slots after booting it will pop up change of sim detected and from there you can go to sim management.

I am able to use 3G on both SIM cards but I am unable find it in setting section I am able to use 3G and change settings only by using xposed framework or else without xposed framework when interchange simcards it pop up the setting of change of SIM cards where i can change the 3G service to whichvere sim slot i want.
11.Most usefull GPS properly is working providing accurate location.

yes facing brightness issue but no issue we can change from status bar also when we use xpose framework its not giving any issue even from settings
also there is no sim management but when you interchange sim cards on different slots after booting it will pop up change of sim detected and from there you can go to sim management.

General Info
After having number of inbuilt features, ROM is 3S(Smooth, Stable, Super Fast).
This is my First release and I have released the ROM after testing it for 7days.
Xposed framework should work flawlessly - At least Worked on my device.
Kitkat Launcher worked without any FC's - Did not include it in the rom to make the ROM lighter.
Regarding Feature Requests, Bug Reports - Please be patient, this is my first Project and I will have less time to work on this ROM (after my office work).
For Reporting Bugs, Feature Requests and writing reviews you can use XDA Dev DB's new features
Note: Google Auto Restore option is pre selected in the ROM, so once you login to Google and open Playstore, it will try to download and install all apps/data backed up previously. (Hope you all know about google backup & restore option). To avoid this once you open Playstore go to -> MyApps -> Click on STOP ALL.

As per my understanding 3G in both SIMS is, you can enable 3G on any one of the SIM at an instance (which is not possible on some ROMS). If you are referring to this feature, you can find it in the screen shots.. Popup with Title Enable 3G
I did not test this feature personally As I do not have 3G on two SIMS. So I should change this to Stable Beta

You are right that one cannot use 3g in both sims at one time... But i wasn't meaning that.... What i meant was have you tried activating 3g in 2nd sim? Some rom's have only 2g in second sim.... so even if you have 3g for that sim, it will only get 2g speeds....

First off I do not own an i605 myself but have the l900 (sprint) which is almost the same device. Hardware wise there is only a tiny difference which is in the partition setup. Sprint uses a different data partition mccblk0p17 where all other N2's use mccblk0p16 the other is our mccblk0p16 which contains special files used by sprint on their stock roms (just to make our lives more difficult). I have been working with @lacoursiere18 on a few of my projects for the l900 and we tried to port an earlier version of MIUI for our devices before he got busy with school. Since then I have successfully ported over MIUI to the l900 and i605. Brian has been nice enough to test build out and confirm it works great on the i605. So now I am releasing this for your flashing pleasure. I also took a little extra time and modified Plasma 2.55 to work with MIUI and gotten permission from @ffolks (a few months ago) to post the modified kernel for everyone to use.
Well everyone (l900 users and those who browse the l900 forums) already knows I hate doing OP's so they stay pretty simple and this wont will be any different. Also MIUI users know that there are weekly updates but since this is a port and I have so many projects going on. It might be a month or two between my releases.
This is ported from the N7100 which is based on Omni rom. Original rom is located here

So far only issues I know of it call recorder does not work (just says being used by another app) and you have to go into settings..mobile networks..network mode and change to CDMA+LTE/EvDO to enable 4g after every boot. If you flash any gapps package you will lose gps. If you continue to read the OP I will give instructions on how to setup your MIUI rom to get the most out of it.
So I took the base and turned it into a full featured rom with a whole mess of add-ons and tweaks.

1. Backup internal sdcard to you PC or external sdcard (this will really help prevent issues
2. Boot into recovery and backup current rom
3. Do a factory reset (if using philz/cwm do clean for new rom)
4. Format/wipe internal sdcard (if you dont do this and have issues first thing I will say is format it)
5. Reboot back into recovery (this will create your internal sdcard dir structure)
6. Flash MIUI and boot it
7. After initial setup power off and boot into recovery
8. Flash Gapps (please do it in this order or you will end up wiping and reflashing)
9. Boot into rom
10. Go to post #3 and follow those steps
Do not flash any kernel besides the modified Plasma or your rom wont boot. If there is an AOSP kernel you want to use let me know and I will make it compatible.

Importaint tips for MIUI
Simple things for now
1. Open security (located on first screen)..permissions.. and turn on root permission
2. Open WSM tools (miui xposed) and click install DO NOT reboot yet
3. At top of the screen you will see < Manage click here and enable all three modules
4. Reboot phone and setup Mi-Tools to your liking and reboot for settings to be applied
5. Open settings... general settings tab... mobile networks... network mode... set to CDMA+LTE/EvDO (will have to do this every boot to have 4g(LTE)
6. If you want to use a different launcher ( I dont like the iOS style launcher myself ) open settings... general settings... display... default launcher.. and select launcher3 or whatever you have installed yourself
7. Setup your google account and enjoy

in settings... general settings.. stock settings you will see two chinese options the top one is your advanced settings for samsung devices the bottom one is your Mi-POP settings (that circle with the back icon)

stock rom means samsung latest 4.4.2 kitkat rom released in your country.
GT-N7105's files depends on their country, carrier.
though GT-N7105 rom name is same, a few files different.

Yes, it is an i9505 galaxy s4, i bought it with android V.5.0.1 and that was an upgrade from KK 4.4.x i think...
I live in Sweden and has Telia as my carrier, but i do not know if it is an international version or an Nordic version.

I have an N7105 and I'm interested in testing this ROM. Is this the correct order of installation:
1. Install ROM
2. Install N7105 Addon
3. Install Modem + CSC from my service provider.
For example for me; I will Install the Telstra Modem + CSC files available in the Modem Thread here in this subsection.
4. Install latest AGni (Stock) Kernal.
I will most likely wait until the ROM is finished... For example like you suggested. Removing S-Finder and QConnect, that would be great.
Or if you can please make an AROMA Setup where we can choose for example:
- The Addons for which device we're using.
- 240 DPI or 320 DPI (this would be a great edition, but you have to fix phone, calculator, and a lot of samsung stock apps to 320dpi). Maybe make a note that says 240 DPI mode comes installed with Xposed Framework and App Settings to fix all necessary applications.
- Clean Dark Themed Framework + System UI (Black, White, Grey, and Red) vs Samsung Framework & System UI.
- No Mods vs Project Skynet Mod installed + terminal emulator

your install process is useful for N7105 users.
If you use your csc, only problem is airmessage(circle instant message).
we append some feature text to use airmessage in csc(others.xml or feature.xml)

4.4.4 based rom has some problems.
bluetooth/video call/volte etc.
so I used 4.4.2 kitkat. I am very curious about N7105 video call

Hi friend. First thanks for make nice rom for note 2. I already use ur rom since first you posting. Really smooth and no any lag..only battery time not so much good. I tried wadzard2.4, 2.6v.. 2.4v little bit ok than 2.6v. I didnt install any app..so whats good improve battery life?

I used widzard 2.4 version.
1.
find (system/app) but if remove qconnect, systemui is not pretty. so I will upload different systemui removed quick,sfinder)
2.
if don't use carrier related wifi service, also you can remove some apks. libs but It is not easy.
later, I will post, or support remove script.
3.
now cpu maxcore is 1600Mz. you can downsize 1600->1200Mz. it is useful. speed?(almost same. but battery time is good)
