Make a nandroid backup before you proceed
Flash the following files using the any TWRP build other than 3.1.1.1 (due to flash errors others have had) twrp to avoid any recovery related issues.
Make sure to do a clean flash if your rom requires an updated firmware.
Instructions
1- Clean flash is recommended.

Don't know what you mean about "how's audio". The rom is using BS kernel. If you want better audio feel free to install dolby or viper or any eq

I've wrote about infrag's aicp beacuse Atm is far the rom with best audio quality at all'. Is pratically like eui based rom

I never saw any difference with all the roms I've tried using my ATH-MSR7. The only difference is if you use dolby or not

If official LineageOS builds support it, then my rom too. I saw it in settings, but my country doesn't support Volte so I can't tell you for sure

Infrag's aicp have custom patch. Try. Is the only rom for the x2, in my opinion, that have a good sound without using any eq.
I use that for this

Okay it looks like AOSPA kept device name to hammerhead instead of hammerheadcaf. You can wait for me to push a new zip or you can open the current one and add a hammerhead to the devices list, behind hammerheadcaf

No. TrueSight's dev has a different concept of how I want to manage my new kernels. I want to keep them minimal with only some tweaks to improve battery and performance. This kernel has a full upstream to Linux 3.4.113, while TrueSight is stuck at 3.4.0. So no, I won't merge TrueSight stuff

Well, then can we suggest some cherrypicking? One thing id loved on CAF with custom Kernel is the ability to amplify speaker beyond limits, it was called speaker volume on adiutor

im at crdroid! it has CAF n NON CAF, since first build to 3.4 i was on CAF, but then TS kernel got outdated and i had no clue on goin to AOSP

I like to use halogenOS, it's a really nice ROM with a really nice team. But I may have something in the bakery for the ROM scene too, who knows

I want to try to build unofficial AICP CAF with your kernel.
What string should I add into "aicp_manifest.xml" file in ".repo/local_manifests/" folder to make it possible?
Update: I appreciate your effort and I thank you for the time you have devoted to the development of the kernel, but I believe you prefer me to be sincere and not declare wonders when things are somewhat different. Therefore, I must say that, even if your kernel is stable, still it appears to be on par with lineage stock kennel, and still not up to TrueSight, which provides better performance, much better battery life, especially during standby, yet worse audio quality-speakerphone for example is unusable.
If I could express my opinion, I would suggest you pick up True Sight, fix audio, update it with latest security patches and we would have THE perfect kernel for CAF. Just my two cents!
Anyway, thanks again for your time and your dedication!

just clean flash ur updated rom but too many things are missing in xenon configuration like no battery percentage etc cos i am using xenonhd on my mi max n it has all the available setting same like rr.another thing developers setting is not available, hardware buttons not working n quick setting panel only open half nice work though temporarily back to black x for now

I used their sources and I didn't touch them. I'll look to see if I missed anything but it wasn't mentioned anywhere

not sure where it went wrong but i flash ur latest rom never flash the rom on the front page
This is my favourite ROM. A moment after installing without any settings. Look at the screenshot.
dolby does not open and you can change louncher to another Because I can not restore Nova prime copy in titanium.

Proximity sensor don't work on Frankenstein rom - like stock.

Seems to be best kernel for 7.0 stock-based ROMs.
Using it with MIPA S8+ Port. No bugs noticed, except maybe ZSWAP:
It keeps getting re-enabled in MTweaks, and I put it at 0%, but now can't change that.

Had MIPA already on my device. Flashed this, and then flashed latest Magisk.
I guess this kernel is not working on ultimate Nougat S8 Port?

I'm testing Yankactive with multicore energy saver.
PS : I found weired that all the CPU section is on 0 (Fq entry boost, synchro threshold...)
DTTW works for me...

I had some problem too while switching on and off data and wifi while I was at home (with a Wifi connected).

probably it will be... because i was go to make an announcement of no more further updates, because i switched to another device but now that device is bricked...
now i´m back on my old beloved Onyx.... so going back to work on Diamond Kernel...

I´ve already built roms, but now there is a few Pie roms working quite well, that i will be focusing
on the Kernel side.

Wireguard only support >3.10 kernels forward.... this is 3.4.
"maybe one day bumps to 3.10" it´s not an easy task...
