I have just bought a Ulfone Be Touch 3. I'm fairly impressed with the phone so far apart from the touch screen sensitivity as you mentioned.
I'm coming from a Samsung so its really noticeable.
I have rooted my Be Touch and edited the build.prop but that hasn't made any difference to the touch screen at all.
I would just like to no if anyone has made any more progress with this issue?
You need to disable the vibrate-on-touch option to make typing smoother and more responsive.
Hi, i have tested the ulefone be touch 3, is see not much improvements compared to the touch 2.
I think the battery is the same beyond the sticker on it. The system speed feel the same, the fingerprints
is faster, battery life sucks again, it run only for 24 hour in normal use a few social media apps running in backgroud
like it have to be. and wifi on. (without simcard) and few times screen on (low br). in comparison with the touch 2, 18 hour.
System this time it's real android 5.1 (touch 2 a 5.0 not a 5.1)
So i think no ulefone anymore. The description deviates too much from reality, that ulefone presents on the website.
The big problem is the rom take to much energy and the battery is 50% to small.
Hi guys , I also have a be touch 3 , the only issue I have is the fingerprint reader will code in but then never recognises the finger to unlock, not an issue for me as I prefer pattern unlock, I find the battery much better than my last chinese phone , the mstar s700 which performed well but battery was shocking. I get a full day out of a charge which s all I expect from a budget phone , everything else is good so far ( 2 months) , Construction is good and I don't experience screen lag. Obviously any improvement tips would be useful...

Hi,
I flashed my Ulefone Be Touch 3 device with Ulefone's ROM and ... big mistake : soft bricked.
The device still works except the screen : a dark blue one with no logo, no icon, etc.
From what I read, I can get screen back to normal with the very first lk.bin file but i can only find recent (and thus faulty) ROMs.
Could someone help me ?

SOLVED : there are 4 different ROMs from Ulefone for this device.
Downloaded each one (mega links so use Tor browser if you're blocked in your country) and tested them all.
Screen is now back.

I can see there are custom ROMs (nougat 7.1.1) for Vernee Thor and Jisatsu smartphone.
Both of them use the MTK 6753 SoC.
I can't find a single custom ROM for the Ulefone Be Touch 3, MTK 6753-based too ...
Has anyone heard sth about this ?
I think it shouldn't be that tough to build such a ROM, but I'm not able to do so, at all.

This should be the first MTK6572 cheap dual core smart phone. we all doubted whether Android 4.2 can run on it. But when I got it I found it ia perfect. fast and looks cool.

Thanks for the Kingo suggestion.
Unfortunately I'm not having luck with it. After hours waited to download drivers* (their server is slow) it keeps blocked and stuck on "fetching scripts". Since it seems a common problem I tried it severl times, last time I even left it for almost an hour. With no results.
I've got Windows 8, and I used DSEO to disable driver signature checking. (someone says that won't work on Windows 8)
Any help will be truly appreciated.

*For next users, if you won't loose time as I did, download HTC drivers from KINGO website (they are the driver needed by Kingo for our GT72).
I solved in 5 SECONDS with 'Framaroot', directly on the phone, without any f****g complication with FRAMAROOT. Imho, best ever.:good:

Have anyone noticed that the screen is hard to read from different angles?!
For ex:
In the car holder, i can't see from about 45degrees... Not related with weather.
When i am looking from different degrees, even at home i only can see "true colors" if i look "in front"
Anyone else?

Though this isnt a branded phone, its not also a very rubbish phone. Today I've tried to flash a custom rom. Before this I have used a custom rom of Galaxy S4. I have rooted my phone and flash the rom through CWM.

That's the reason you should only flash ROMs for your specific phone model and not from other models. This one is specific for the Cubot GT72 (I have a Cubot GT72+ and I'm not flashing this one).
Ask the people who sold you the phone to see if they can contact the manufacturer for the correct ROM for yours.

I have the iPhone 6 goophone mtk6582 metal back. I am getting a bootloop when charged and when i press the hol n the back between th camera the screen is on but black. I have tried everything with sp tools. i cant even get that program to run, i plug it in and nothing happens. i tried mtk tools and this is how got into the problem i have, i think i flashed the boot and the recovery img. please can someone help me out. i have skype and teamveiwer so you can see if i am doing anything wrong. i was trying to flash the kitkat 4.2.2 but really i would just like it to work again. thanks in advace
I just bought a Goophone i6 plus V3. Everything works fine: sensors, touch ID, Wifi, bluetooth, calls, data and GPS. But as this devices comes from China, default GPS Location is there and I can't re-assign it to my country for some reason (my ignorance I guess). I can use Maps (this even tracks very fine my route), FB, Whatsapp, Line, Instagram, etc. it runs smoothly, but I am not able to use apps that requiere full location services as Google+, Snapchat or We Heart it, p.e. Since the phone is going crazy trying to lock to China satellites, battery consuption is level God.

Would you or would you not recommend it over a Note 9? I heard the EMUI in general, is lacking behind Samsung's One UI and feels "outdated", and there are small issues here and there with notifications and things generally not being as smooth as the iphones or galaxy counterpart.
I WILL be rooting and using a custom ROM if that helps at all, but what I'm looking for is:
- Great camera
- Great selfie-camera
- Great battery life
- Superfast device unlock (whether in display fingerprint or 3d face scan). I usually use the fingerprint scanner on my Note 9
- Smooth and intuitive UI, preferably with nice features like those on the OnePlus series
- I don't care about the speaker sound, since I use bluetooth headsets 99% of the time
- No major bugs or freezing etc...

If you really want to root, forget about the Mate 20 Pro, it's almost impossible to unlock the bootloader.
Unlock codes are only available for a short time and cost around $50
I've got both but my sim mainly stays in the mate for the camera and battery.
Handing a htc u11 before and now switching to m20p,I must say that m20p is so amazing with its camera, smoothness,and so many convenient functions such as ir remote and so on

i have both, and both is rooted, BUT forget rooting mate 20 pro since it's impossible getting new bootloder unlock codes.
the sim almost always stays in my mate 20 pro, but there are som things that's annoying on the mate, one thing is the fingerprint sensor, another thing is the update frequency. i only use the root to get new updates.

Brother honestly saying I'm using this phone R7 since last week , I haven't came through any major bugs that could be a deal breaker for me but yes I have noticed once or twice(only - not persistent) Ghost touch on my handset unless that using it seamlessly as daily driver .
Actually the thing which is now bothering me is the REALME.UI . Nothing wrong with the phone , on paper specifications/Hardwares provided are top notch at the price point I got this phone( RS.12700 - 6/64) only development sucks , I like stock Android Pixel experience kind of ROM & this Realme ui sucks with lots of bugs and poor Ram Management.
