Need information on international Warranty - Xperia Z5 Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys ,
Happy new year everyone .
I need an information regarding international warranty for Xperia z5 compact. I am planning to buy one this year.
If I buy it other than from home country , can I get warranty for that?? Can I buy international version of device and ask for warranty?
Thanks in advance and happy new year once again

I'm in the U.S.A. and bought mine from Clove UK. When I asked about the warranty they said I would have to return it to the UK for a warranty claim. They provided fast shipping and good customer service and I recommend them.

[Q] Galaxy s2 on vodafone india

Hey mates,
I've been a loyal nokia user since the last few years, things are about to change tomorrow as im buying my first android phone, the galaxy s2!
Vodafone india is exclusively going to sell the phone from tomorrow. They're also offering 1gb per month data usage on 3g for the first 6 months.
Im curious to know if the phone will come with vodafone badge/logo, etc. Im also assuming that the phone will be locked? If i do unlock it through some 3rd party app, will it create trouble, end my free 3g usage? Or should i wait till the 9th and buy a factory unlocked phone(i hope they're gonna sell factory unlocked units in india)?
Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers!
No, it is exactly same as the retail version(Unlocked) . Indiaplaza offers the phone for 29.9k . I hope the price is going to be come down below 30k in retails stores in a week or two .
Thanks - Anish
Hey i was unable to locate any vodafone store around Delhi, India which had information regarding SGS2 from which part are you?

[Q] About to buy GS2, Please Help

Im about to buy the Samsung Galaxy S2 Unlocked from Expansys USA for 656
http://www.expansys-usa.com/samsung-galaxy-s-ii-android-smartphone-unlocked-16gb-209554/#unlocked
But I have a couple questions.
First of all:
Is there any difference in this phone model i9100BKEU that any other? Like as far as flashing ROMs, and flashing back to stock?
Secondly:
Have any of y'all ordered from Expansys, any reviews?
Thanks! Hopefully If I order this I can make my DlevROM for the Galaxy S2
There's tons of posts on purchasing the phone for use in the U.S. Expansys-USA provides warranty support so by buying it from them you retain the two-year global warranty and they'll ship it back to the UK for you if necessary. EU means it's a European phone I don't know what specific country that code references. You can flash any ROM you want once you get the phone and they all provide U.S. English support. Most Expansys phones are UK but some have come from Poland and Chile too.

Warranty question.

So I bought my GT I9300 in Dubai while I was on a business trip to use it in Toronto, Canada. My question is am I still covered under the warranty? The reason I ask this is because on Sammy's Canadian website, it says that they only cover the ones purchased and used in Canada.

You have answered this question yourself. Warranty for phone bought in Dubai is void in Canada.
But you can sell it and buy another one in your country with warranty this time. You could try to sell it as a brand new phone in some of GSM shops. If your current warranty card in not signed and this is an international version, than thay will sold it as new, bought in Canada and than warranty should be honored by Samsung SC.
You can even try to sell it and rebuy at once with this metod.

[Q] broke the back glass on the phone any EU stores that have it?

Hey guys,
As of today I'm the happy owner of a opx with a cracked back glass. Any alternatives of buying instead of shopping from AliExpress? I live in Europe, Romania and i need to wait like 1.5 months for a package to arrive.
BR,
Charris
With official support, it should be send to Poland for repair then came back in less than 2 weeks.
It wasn't bought from oneplus but from a retail e market and I already voided the warranty. So I just need to buy the back.

Release date UK?

Hey guys!
Massively interested in this phone. My HTC U11 broke just recently. The back and front smashed and my insurance company said they couldn't fix it so sent me the cash. That's when I did some research and heard about the Pocophone F1 which looks amazing! The only thing is it isn't easy not having a phone when I need to work....
Is there any chance a release date for Europe or the UK in particular will be announced soon? Any rumours flying about? I'm really trying hard to hold out for this phone!
Available in the UK from Appliances Direct.

I'm talking official release but thanks.
It is the Global Version with a UK charger!
It is here also released in the Netherlands, only webshops.
U get Dutch warranty, so I think when u buy it from a UK store u get UK warranty.
Since there are no Mi stores

Thanks for the info BassBounce. That's good to know. The only issue I have with buying from one of these sites is whether they are putting a mark up on the price of the phone? I wonder if when it is officially released will it be cheaper than on these sites? Also, I can't seem to find the Armoured version of the Poco F1 anywhere to buy in the UK. I'd really like the Armoured version since I seem to be pretty unlucky when it comes to braking phones....

That's good to know thank you. It may be a good option although I'd rather buy the Armoured edition which they don't stock.

Do they give you a UK warranty or do you have to send it abroad?

Its a UK seller so yeah ur getting a warranty here, ur covered by the seller for 12 months, and even if u get the phone from like Netherlands u still covered by EU warranty, keep in mind the phone is only like 250 quid.. its not a 1000 quid phone, or trying lookin at alternatives like second hand pixel 2 xl for around 300-350
Apparently the one from Appliances Direct doesn't have a charger with it at all!
