either this or the same as that of cyanogenmod with quick panel settings??
If you are rooted, then install Xposed framework (search for it on Google or XDA, its very popular).
Install a module called, HKThememanager, from Xposed.
Download this apk: http://www.4shared.com/android/KDbSsQwP/_XTHEME__AOSP_TW_v2.html
and install.
Apply the theme from HKThememanager and reboot.

Most are self explanatory and have no options such as battery alerts. I use Xuimod to provide a battery bar across top of screen.

I have download Lockscreen Wallpaper Module and I get this Msg : "Download file is not a valid APK (or incompatible)".
And the module is support android 4.3
