Hello, is there any app to listen radio fm without internet connection? i use a rom which dint have fm radio.. how i can listen? my phone is rooted. thanks.
It is impossible. For example on SGS4 and S5 radio hardware is not prezent

unfortunately there is no radio receiver hardware in jade, if there was one they would load a radio software easily.
you may like to check this for pocket radio but over internet.
and this for listening anything of your choice online.
Installed the following app from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=11332081&postcount=1 but it just hangs with the message of "FM Radio being launched, please wait..."
Looking for an app that uses the Vibrant's built-in FM tuner. If it matters, I'm running Trigger 2.7 ROM.

AFAIK, Vibrant has no built-in FM tuner. I will be ecstatic if someone proves I am wrong!
Try tunein radio found on the market for free. I'm streaming now, works great for me but u need a decent data signal so it doesn't cut out.

Unfortunately, that app uses your data connection. Was hoping for something that uses the built-in FM tuner. If it exists at all.

What people are getting confused with, is iirc the vibrant has bit and pieces of fm tuner hardware still left in, but it doesn't have everything needed to get a working fm tuner.

You need a radio chipset which is sadly missing in our most loved Razr . There are many streaming application through which u can listen to your local Radio station and yes you need data connection for this . You can try TuneIn Radio if u r ok wid streamin .

im looking for an app that works without internet connection, only with earphones. i tried spirit fm but didnt work well on my device. i have a note 2 N7100.
In my handset there is no pre installed FM radio even I tried to install it but there is no suppo3 for it.
Please help me to solve this issue
Is it hidden? Did you try and search for it? For mine it won't play unless headphones are plugged in but I can still launch the app

tried installing ported LG FM Radio tuner app from apkpure, apkmirror, ..... but still app opens and nothing works when plugged-in with earphones. any ways to get FM tuner.? I found some FM tuner app in Fdroid but it requires root access.

The FM is intentionally grounded. It is impossible to enable them.
