Hello Guys!
So as you know on some roms the Walkman key doesn't work, and some people feel frustrated that the fix for it doesn't work or has no effect. So they are stuck with a dead Walkman key.
Now, I have my own way of getting the Walkman key to work on each Rom if it doesn't work. And now I will share the way to all you LwW Users!
--Preparations & Requirements--
-A LwW Phone :silly:
-Root Explorer (Can be found on the web)
-DreamKeys (can be found on BlackMart Alpha)

-Have To Be Rooted
That's all!
Note: Screenshots will not be provided but I will try to give enough detail as possible.
1) Open Root Explorer and navigate to /system -> /usr -> /keylayout and open pm8058-keypad.kl with the text editor
2) Find the lines ' #WALKMAN Key
key 200 VENDOR_1
Note: could not say 'Vendor_1' could be anything. This was just a example
3) Rename the 'VENDOR_1' To 'CALL' Make sure it is aligned properly with each row And column.
4) Move Along the lines of 'CALL' and type 'WAKE_DROPPED' (should also be aligned)
5) Save and Exit with the changes and install Dreamkeys, open it and click 'setup cal button'
6) Tick the box 'Launch>> Open Application' and 'select an application' find the preferred music app and save your changes when exiting the app.
7) Reboot! Once rebooted click the Walkman key and a dialog box should popup. Tick the box and choose Dreamkeys and then the music app should open!
Voila! You now have a working Walkman key! Thank me if this guide worked for you and leave your comments

Yep, there are dozens of csc edits, some useful, some not so useful (or they don't pertain to our phone). Download the text file, from the OP of the thread, you linked, if you're feeling adventurous, and see what hidden features, you can discover.
Don't forget to backup, first.
I think they fixed it after 4.4.4 update. I tried it on my phone and it works without modifying anything.
This APP's will only work on Official Samsung TouchWiz Kitkat Rom I9190/92/95
U Can flash it using any recovery, i recommend (CWM)

ok, perfect. but the menu for ultrapowersaving works? i find the option by the apex action/setting shortcut and work fine, comprensive the white/black screen mode

The UPSM Ultra Power Saving Mode doesn't work, Only grayscale.
By the way... I recently add a mirror (MediaFire)

U can attach an screenshot? ... The issue you mention is weird...
To correct the error volume and brightness, open files:
"preference_dialog_brightness" and replace

-Enabled all available languages: Persian,Arabic, Chinese and even more ...
-Enabled WiFi calling in phone settings
-Enabled native voice call recording(maybe illegal is some countries)
-Enabled shutter sound switch in camera settings(maybe illegal is some countries)
-Enabled camera during call
-Enabled manual rotation option in gallery
-Enabled continuous music while using camera
-Enabled scheduled messaging option in messaging app
-Enabled exit buttons in default browser
-Enabled 2nd symbol keys on stock keyboard
-Enabled Sort app draw alphabetically
-Enabled Dialer search matches numbers in contacts and call logs along with contacts
-Enabled Extend speed dials to 100
-Enabled Extend Contact name lenth Limit to 1280
-Enabled Show your hardware revision in Settings->About (same as dialing *#12580*369#)
Instillation :
*** Before doing anything Backup your main csc folder located in system/csc and store it in the PC***
1. Download zip file ( Contains two files) then extract it

EDIT: Yes it does work great on SM-G530H XXU Baseband 5.0.2 deodexed
The only thing is that I cannot seem to find the wifi calling option, but that's okay. The rest of the options are great enough. Thanks

for Wifi call : after applying tweaks
Enable deleoper options ( by tapping frequently on the "build number" in Settings > About )
Enter the Developer options (Settings > Developer options )
You can see the new options for that !
Few people know that the call recording is built-in feature on Samsung Galaxy J3 (stock ROM) - it's just hidden feature
To activate it - you need to edit /system/csc/feature.xml file (if exists, otherwise you need to edit /system/csc/others.xml file). Just add the following line (anywhere, but BETWEEN <FeatureSet> and </FeatureSet> lines):

Have Samsung Galaxy J3 2017 (stock ROM)...Create /system/csc/others.xml file because it not exist on my Galaxy j3. Tipe the "Code" and restart the phone. PERFECT ! Now I have a very nice recording icon activated in call time. Recording calls are pointed in SD/ Call director file. Have One UI 1.1 and Pie 9 ). Thank you very much.
