Creating this one from the wallpaper inside of xperia A Hatsune miku Limited edition. This is for hdpi stock GB. I Never tried it on ICS.
Installation (need root)
- Mount the /system as writeable
- backup /system/app/DefaultThemes.apk somewhere
- copy the attached DefaultThemes.apk to /system/app/DefaultThemes.apk
- set the permission to 644 (rw-r--r--)

Install:
1.put the apk to system/app througth Root Explorer.
2.Change permission 644.
The only difference between the two is that the popupbrowser_EN apk home page is www.google.com but the popupbrowser_BR.apk home page is www.google.com.br
