Is there any suitable update for my device to 2.3.4 or you reccommend me to flash a custom rom(cm7 or ando-id)

Flashing stock rom and kernel via Odin will do the trick.. There are many threads regarding this pls search before starting a new thread..

there is no problem in installing
but it is not showing the installed themes.
