hit the watch for inbuilt speaker activation???

Anybody successfully using a wearable device with the AM2?
I'd love to get the Sony SmartWatch 3 because you can use it as a gps/run tracker and music player without needing the phone nearby. However, I don't think it's compatible with the AM2.

Wearables work fine. I have the lg g watch. But because the phone isn't getting updated anymore with Google's 18 month rule the Android wear app won't get updates after April 2015 so I'm guessing it would still work but you wouldn't get the features from newer Android wear releases.

I think that as long it's Bt 4.0. And android 4.3 + can be compatible ..

Just got ham2. Only problem I have with the g watch is music controls don't work. Guessing its a jelly bean thing. Got an app for the watch that works.
Using and loving my pebble watch in conjunction with my HAM2. Two beasts when it comes to battery life. The pebble has enhanced my experience with this phone.

I have some kind of good news for you ! After twitting and chating with Samsung France, they told me that Android 5.1 Lollipop is coming to the Alpha really soon !
On Twitter Samsung France told me that the update IS rolling out in France but I still have nothing.
I had a chat with Samsung France on their website and they again told me that Lollipop 5.1 is coming but with no date.
Hope to see it soon on my Alpha !

I really don't trust SamsungFR twitter account. They said the same thing for 5.0 and it came 1.5 month after. And when it came out I told them it was out, their answer was "are you sure it's lolipop?"
EDIT: BTW, now when people ask about 5.1 update for Alpha, they answer "we have no informations about this...."
5.0 does not seem to be worth the trouble but 5.1 may be and M may have some great features like RAW Camera Support etc.
I am good with 4.4 until I know the Features.

The galaxy Alpha has nothing to do with the "A-series". But as Samsung got a 18month update policy, it most likely will.

I have bought Zenwatch 2, but I cannot connected with my Iphone. I have installed Android Wear on Iphone and I can pair over android wear over bloetooth can detect. But the connection always fail.
OS Android Wear my Zenwatch is 5.0.2 and IOS my Iphone 8.4.1, Do you have solution about my problem ?
Are u sure it's the unreleased zenwatch 2 and not a zen watch 1?
Does yr zenwatch has a heartrate monitor, that's requires u to press 2 finger on the front of the watch to measure?

Yes, Our ZW has a heartrate if I touch with 2 finger. Btw the problem is pair with my Iphone5. I want to know how to update Android Wear my ZW from 5.0.2 into 5.1.1

Yrs is zw1.
Officially, it's not supported with iPhone. Only zw2, new moto 360 and LG urbane, hua Wei supports it.
Unofficially, plus check zw1 xda forum.

No, it won't just work, devices might have similar specifications on paper but in design and operation they are different. Among other things it needs a newer kernel, that in itself takes modification and work.

I would not expect to see it unless you are on the Exynos version. And even then.... Prolly not.
Forget about it. As in the past: You will receive Android 9 from Sammy after 9.1 will be released by Google. Final version of P will be released together with Pixel 3, so I speculate that nothing will happen until 03/2019...
Probably have a better chance at winning the lottery lol
I think end of October some CSC will get a beta P test,like on S7 and on S8.
Final version mid or end of Q1 2019.
I would assume if it says "beta" in it we wouldn't get it until it's a final version at least.
I have it (android P) on my Pixel 2 and have to say, meh...nothing special. Horisontal recent apps are harder to handle, more colorful, clock on left side. Only good things are new font and turn phone face down to do not disturb auto. Stick to 8.0 on sammy and enjoy
