I installed the VS985 46A - Stock Flashable Firmware from xdabbeb. Read some posts that RRO layers was working on this.Also found articles
that Google did include framework support for RRO.I just wanted to post what I found with it. I apologize if this isn't the right place to post.
Phone is Verizon VS985 LG G3. Installed Layers Manager from Play Store and just picked a free theme to try.I was excited to see that Gmail could be themed! I was only trying dark themes. Settings didn't change, however the icons did. LG dialer doesn't change, but Contacts did. Still playing with it, but this is great !

So recently I've been using the viper version of THIS theme on my HOX+ using the Venom Viper AT&T rom. I know the theme was made for the normal HOX but I figured I'd give it a try. I flashed it and it surprisingly worked really well, except for the fact that the settings app continuously crashed. I decided to use what minimal knowledge of apk theming I know to extract the png files from the rom and put them in the settings apk from viper.
It ended up only half working since half the icons are still not themed and it ends up looking like this.

So I guess my question is where does the settings apk pull its icons from? Are all of them contained in the apk? Or does it pull from elsewhere as well? Also would it be different for viper then some other rom?

Im using the black contacts, dialer, and system ui(D851 ONLY) from hello00s international G3 themes thread. They are pretty good for a first version. Only a couple major flaws.
Is there anyone with a Sprint G3 that is capable of theming that can touch up so this works on Sprint 100%? A few places you can't see text. And System Updates force closes settings. That's really about it.
The contacts and dialer are flawless(dont install LG Tele Service, leave it stock).
Any themers up for a "little" work?

Hello I can not for my life find the "light" theme in Swiftkey settings or its theme store.
Can I download the theme? Or is it over with Swiftkey? Should I stick with the old release?
I can't take this 2D flat thing that spreads like a virus from Material to mac to windows 10 ...
My brain don't work this way. I cant navigate a flat image..I demand the good old 3D icons.
Any help is so welcome!

I decided to run an old version SwiftKey Keyboard v5.3.2.67 repacked with luckypatcher to remove dependencies so it wont show up in play store updates.
Just grabbed the one that had a working link. It works fine so why update. :good:
