Tipsy seems really cool! Is it possible to undervolt/underclock with stock kernel? I guess you can't flash oos/cm kernel from eng.stk right?

Nope, don't flash eng stk kernel. it'll mess up the rom. Kernel auditor is built in, i think you can underclock

Does this ROM support OTA updates?

wich twrp version did you guys use?

GPS not working for me, tried both exact and gps only location.
Gestures not working.
Button settings for back and recent buttons. Currently recent button is a menu button, long press for recents. Cm13 has just fixed this, maybe that could help
Apps bankid and swish force close on startup like on cm12.1 and cm13. Probably some problematic setting from porting the roms from bacon. Resurrection remix and beanstalk has fixed this (both cm13 based)
Tri-state works but is a little unreliable when changing too fast.
I havent had any other problems while trying it out.
Gapps working very good with setup in beginning unlike cm13, thats very nice.
My personal requests:
Slimpie instead of pa pie, awesome with two layers for app shortcuts.
Livedisplay: like cf.lumen and cm livedisplay
Undervolting and more kernel settings.

* gestures use cmhw, this is not cm based, i will make my own implementation or adapt Slims from bacon
* i know, i'll fix that later
* slimpie and slim nav will be coming when i have the time, it nees a bit of reverting and adapting
* don't know if i want to add all the other needed cm stuff for livedisplay
* i'll bring kernel inline with my bacon kernel

Thanks for the answer! Great work on the rom, Im really impressed by the stability.
Livedisplay is absolutely not a must, ill try cf.lumen

How did you managed to update the kernel to 3.10.x, all other ROMs are only on 3.4.x. Or is it a typo?

Okay but cool to see non-CM-based ROMs with Layer support :victory:

Tried this ROM. Nice ROM smooth .Nice work. This was my Daily driver for Yu Yureka . Happy that it came to ONYX also.
Problems.
- Some of the overlays did not apply .
- As in some of CM ROMS, After cutting received call, 3 beeps will come and pop up comes as INVALID NUMBER.
- Could not find "Slim Recents". I think its not there in this ROM .

Great rom so far, but I have a strange bug with threema and whatsapp. Both don't deliver notifications while they are in the background. When I open them all notifications pop up.
Is this my fault for wrong settings? I checked the apps itself - nothing wrong setted.
But so far :good: for the Rom.

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
This is NOT my work! I only compiled this ROM for our beloved Z-Ultra aka Togari
.
.
.
.
.
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

You tell..
ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
Make sure you are either on any Lollipop or KitKat ROM (CM11, etc) or on 4.4.2 Sony based ROM and NOT on 4.3 (or older) Sony based ROM
Make sure your Bootloader is unlocked!
Download the latest build
Download Gapps
Take a nandroid backup
Recommended - Full wipe and factory reset
Flash ROM using any recovery
Flash Gapps
Wipe cache/dalvik
Reboot.
Don't fix root if asked!
Enjoy!
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes

A: I try to post updates as often as i can
OTA is not working so don't try using that
Q: Does this work using Using MultiROM?
A: No, not for now
For replace CM-Recovery with TWRP use http://teamw.in/project/twrp2/219 and flash using fastboot flash FOTAKernel
Screens (some from Shamu, should be the same on togari)

No, using fastboot via commandline.
I think you can also use TWRP Manager app from Playstre but I did NOT test that
Video playback working? Have had good experiences with AICP in the past - thanks!
Of course!
Also Version number just got bumped to 8.0 Final
Expect an update in a few hours
I was able to get this flashed and working fine, and it works with the TWRP recovery 2.8.4.1. I'll put some more time into it after the next update.
Thanks for this!
Is there a list of features? I am hoping to find a build with a working sound dsp or similar that allows me to boost the headset output. So far, the ones I have tried with the features do not really work.
Thanks!
It doesn't FC, but i don't seem to notice any impact.
Guess it's a CM issue and will get sorted out sooner or later
Edit: Untill then try out PowerAmp... EQ / Preamp works great!
Will check again when the 8.0 Release build has finished
Also feature list will come later!
Edit: Update is out
Activating MusicFX breaks default MusicApp
Very nice ROM. Pretty stable if you ask me. Is their any way you can add a fix for the 4G icon? It should show LTE but shows 4G instead near the Signal Icon.
Does the camera work on this rom?, and what about the dimness flicker???

As stated in the OP this ROM is not my work, I've only built it, so my guess would be no
However, you can make a feature request on their G+ Community to bring back the feature from kitkat
But the folks there a pretty busy so don't get your hopes up

Camera works good. As for the Brightness flicker, it looks like its fixed. I am thinking mine keeps dimming down because of Overheat protection. But it isn't as bad as it was before.
AICP is freakin' awesome!

You can flash a kernel with faux123's Sound Control and use his FauxSound app to increase the gain. Zombie kernel, crDroid kernel and Slim kernel all come with this feature.
For additional sound control (it also has gain boost), you can install Viper4Android (I got the standard version). Make SELinux permissive, uncheck Nuplayer in development settings, then flash LolliViper and open the app to install the driver and adjust the sound. :good
EDIT: Just noticed that disabling NuPlayer breaks some video functionality for me - like playing videos in Snapchat or Photos - so I'm enabling it again. Viper still works, so I guess that step is unnecessary!

Didnt know Zombie had that option. I will try the latest release.
Thanks!
Apperently just flashing Zombie-Kernel fixes the default AudioFX! Thanks @Triflot
I have two things to report from my C6802:
1. It seems like the navbar disappears in landscape on 240 DPI. It is a similar bug to what happened in Candy but different in the sense that this one acts up in tablet mode while the other does it in phone mode.
2. The BT audio bug seems to be present, still (dropouts after a while, should be possible to work around it with Bluetooth Keepalive).
Beside those two things, the ROM seems to be great - especially with ZombieKernel.

Asked not to share any more private builds until nightlies are started by the PAC team. Hopefully nobody is too angry with me, I've enjoyed sharing and will look for other ways to give back to the community shortly!
Thanks to everyone who tested these in the last few days. With that said - I did decide to keep the link to the last build I compiled. If a moderator feels this should be taken down I will do so immediately and request the thread closed.
This has been my DD since the build date and no reboots so far. Seems stable and good battery (I use greenify & tweak several settings to get better battery life). http://forum.xda-developers.com/apps/greenify

Compiled straight from the PACRom github and no cherry picks for my first build. I may do a few "unofficial" updates until the "Official" nightlies from the DEVs get started.
Please let me know what you think. I've been compiling a few years now with CyanogenMod, AICP, Slim & AOKP but this is my first time sharing with the community.

- Standard factory reset wipe (don't dirty flash)
- Flash Rom

You will need to change USB from charging to File Transfer if you want to sync with a computer
- Pull down at top of home screen and select the File transfer option after plugging into USB
Root Access
- Turn on developer setting by tapping build version info
- In developer options, select root access (no need to flash supersu or anything else)
You can add PIE LMT to the Rom by installing the .apk on this page: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330150
- Go to security setting
- Select "unknown sources" option
- install .apk file once downloaded to device

Banks Gapps caused some f/c issues. I've installed the Slim Gapps listed in OP and no issues yet.
I know this is still early, but any implemented features like pie, status bar customization, etc that used to be in 5.1.1 pacman?

Not yet. I may cherry pick or add some options on future builds. I will update that in the OP when I do. I haven't found anything wrong with the build yet. It's running pretty solid for the first run.
If you want to have PIE, you can add it here --> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330150 I tested it and it is running fine with this build.

I don't use Titanium BU personally. Can you get a logcat after the error? Without that it's hard to know if it is the ROM, or something with the app. Thank you for giving it a try.

I will apply the commit directly for the Titanium issue on the next build. I'm getting a lot of compile issues in the last 24 hrs, the branch is in flux with updates. Maybe some new features coming soon?

Sure, post it under the "Feature Wish" section in our Google+ Community, though we're not planning on adding more features to this ROM, ATM. We'll certainly look into it.
Does the zip include SuperSU, or should I flash it separately?
Yes, it's included!
Hey, I've heard about this thing called Citrus from <source unknown>, what's it about?
Pheww.... How did you find out? It's a WIP project. Don't listen to others, it could be a lie!
So, I've this working build ready for an unsupported device. I would like to go official with it. What should I do?
It's really simple, get us a few screenshots of everything working (especially The Wings). Contact Rohit Poroli/Adarsh MR

Does it have the same GPS bug as CM13?
Wi-fi not working on Benschold/kernels based on it.
Other than that, love the rom! I'm gonna see if I can find a way to resolve the wi-fi problem.

GPS working fine here.. Not 1 issue with it. Faster GPS lock than on Oxygen (at least for me) and since it's AOSP based I would assume it is absent.

Boeffla is also CM13 based, works fine on the rom. This is the only AOSP based rom I've tried where benschold doesn't work.
I'm gonna try to pull out the wifi stuff from it.

I know. I just assumed the issue was because the rom was AOSP based but who knows. But if you do get anywhere with it be sure to let me know. Can send me a PM so we don't clutter the thread.

Notification slider settings does nothing and reset to default when I leave the menu.
Also I find no option for Sim 2 ringtone.
Sometimes at screen transitions the screen glitches.
Clean install, Pico open gapps

I can't vouch for SIM 2 as I only use 1 ... I've not seen any flickering but the alert slider, while it functions, customizing the settings do not stick for me either. Not sure what kind of log could be used for that since there's no visible errors.. the only issue I have is the text in some places seems too dark? If you switch to the dark theme you can barely see the secondary text.. like it's black on slightly lighter black...
Hello, compass won't work,, slider customization change as no effects, long press home button not launch google now, sim 2 not use lte only 2g, somes network modes isn't hide for my sim operator. data usage show only one sim.
But it's greate rom for battery life and reactivity
I'm change my custom rom base to this one

This is AOKP ROM, you are welcome to test it
In the next 3 days I will be busy, then I continue with this ROM. I think next week we make work VoLTE & WiFi Calling, I have some ideas how to do it (but no time for now).
Omfg. Thanks you very much
Very smooth:good:
waiting for volte fix
I will try that now. RR was brilliant.
Will Xposed work? Is it themeable?
I will try both of it now.
Thank you, @andr68rus
PS. Installed. Tested. Xposed perfect. CM theme engine on board. Flawless performance. Fast like hell. Battery looks good so far (but if course too early to judge).
Weird thing I noticed seems to be a better Wifi reception. Is that even possible? That's nothing a ROM would usually influence?
Very good Rom so smooth..... I miss Auto call Recording
Cool! But I just want to know, is there any different between this and RR? They look very similar.

This is different custom ROM, AOKP Marshmallow has updates and support for now, RR - doesnot - its discontinued from november 2016.
Also it can be dirty flash over RR/LOS

Good job! I'm trying and works fine. Sometimes a little lag with animations, but is not excessive. I'll full charge battery tonight and I'll post about battery.
This ROM has a good personalization, but can you add an option to exchange back button with recents button? I'm used to have back button at the left.
Very good ROM, for me, for now I like it a lot.

Hey, thanks for the new ROM!
I was on your RR ROM and dirty flashed this AOKP over it and am having quite a few issues.
A few apps are missing now. Most notably google play.
Also the front facing camera doesn't work. It doesn't even show it as an option in my camera apps.

I didn't install them again no. But the RR ROM I dirty flashed over had them. And the weird thing is I have some of the Gapps. Just some disappeared. Normally dirty flashing the RR ROMs all my apps stay fine.
Maybe I'll flash back to RR for now. Or clean install this ROM.
Letv camera doen't work

OFFICIAL WEBSITE
First time installing crDroid to your Moto G5S Plus, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery (CWM or TWRP)
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
5) Flash gapps
6) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk v19.1 (whatever is most recent).
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.
KNOWN ISSUES
you tell me...
Don't expect any support if you:
- are not running the included kernel
- have installed any mods such as Xposed!
- have modified system files
Thanks to:
- Google

- SlimRoms
- AOSPA (Paranoid Android)
- OmniRom
