It is very slow flashing zip files. Probably the best option is to stay with TWRP_2.8.7.0 for now.

Yes now is working and mount
And storage too great !!!!!

Store your backups on exSDcard, otherwise the problem may be with a little space on the phone. My backup is 2,59 GB, or use compression and 1.8 GB.

Error installing custom rom TWRP and CWM

Hei guys i've deodex my stock ROM through kitchen, but when i flash the zip file trough TWRP it say no MD5 found. I already check option and make sure no option checked about md5 verify. When i try flash again through cwm i got status 0. Anyone can help my problem
I am using 9152 btw.
I am no t sure on this as there is no TWRP for the mega 6.3..but is there not an option in TWRP to skip the md5 check..or maybe add the extension .md5 to the file and see if that will work.

When i read the log TWRP is already skip the md5, sorry my bad. But the problem is 'error execute updater binary'.
In the other thread someone mention to delete assert in updater script, but still no go.

Did you mean the edify file? I make it and name it crater as the ro.product in build prop. For the mounted directory i took from recovery.fstab but til now my working progress rom is without kernel. I dont know why if i include the kernel it alway stuck in boot screen.

Problem could be on the edify since our crater device is still not officially supported on the kitchen. Would you mind sharing that file here?

[P/U/Sola/Go][TOOL] Flashable zip Kernel Creator

Hello everyone !
After creating flashable recovery zips of TWRP for multiple ROMs of Xperia U (TWRP for Xperia U by NoobCoder),
I want to share today my tool with Xperia P/U/Sola/Go community !
This simple tool permit create an recovery flashable zip file for our phones from img or elf kernel/recovery !
But first you need this tool if:
A developper of an kernel or an recovery don't create an flashable zip of kernel/recovery
You want or need flash kernel before install an ROM
You have Windows 8/8.1 and you have problems with fastboot
You prefer a recovery flashable kernel/recovery
Click to collapse
The tool requires:
OS: Windows or Linux (and Mac I think)
Java installed on your computer
Kernel/Recovery file (boot.img or boot.elf)
An Xperia P/U/Sola/Go phone with recovery installed (CWM or TWRP)
Click to collapse
If everything is good for you, we can begin !
First you need download my tool on this link > Xperia-PUSolaGo-KernelZipCreator_v1.5.zip
Uncompress the zipped folder where you want and after go in uncompressed Xperia-PUSolaGo-KernelZipCreator folder.
Copy kernel .img or .elf file in tool folder (where you can find 7za.exe, run_linux.sh, etc...)
Now you can start script !
If you are on Windows open run_windows.bat file and if you use Linux (or Mac) start the run_linux.bat file.
When you start the script an list of all .img or .elf files in the folder appears. You have just to enter the number associed with the kernel you want to create the zip.
Wait few seconds and after script end you found boot_signed.zip file.
Copy it in your phone and flash this boot_signed.zip file on the phone recovery (CWM or TWRP).

Version 1.5 is out !
In this new version, the idea of @Abhinav2 is added !
You can add any .img or .elf file without rename it and when you start the script an list of all .img or .elf files in the folder appears. You have just to enter the number associed to the kernel you want to create the zip file !
Compatible also Windows and Linux/Mac !
You can download the new version here: Xperia-PUSolaGo-KernelZipCreator_v1.5.zip
It is really possible that it won't work, but I don't lose anything if I ask
Could I flash a custom kernel on locked bootloader with this method?

Maybe "Total Commander" does the trick? There is a free Demo Version available. TC helped me out a lot of times when nothing else worked...
First you need to run s2img (not sure about the name) it is part of the CM tree. After that you can mount it as a loopback device.
out/host/linux-x86/bin/simg2img system.img system.img.raw
mount -o loop system.img.raw /mnt
already done from beginning first Rom was out....
use Android Kitchen

This MOD adds floating posts Note 4 SM-N910F - Lollipop 5.1.1 Deodex Rom, which is what I use, I'm not saying to not work on any other model Note 4.
The zip is composed of multiple files and apks, for installation by modified recovery, so you have to be root.
Needless to say, prior to installation, backup, just in case.
Inside the zip and the CSC folder, this features.xml, it can be removed by double clicking on the zip and seeking CSC folder (completely delete this folder), provided that in system / csc / or features others.xml .xml your rom the following lines are already included:
