i use some sony inears, £30 or so, been using for the past 2 years XD worth it over the sound and build quailty of cheaper headsets

Skullcandy is really good. the sound is awesome though the plastic seems to be cheap but will compliment S3 plastic body.. I myself got skullcandy.

be careful with samsung aftermarket/replacement headsets, the 2 i bought in the past(different models) had noticably worse sound quality than the pack-in versions despite having identical design.
although this was pre-AKG, so it might be better now.

I didn't have to pay any customs duty i told the seller to price it as a 60$ phone in bill and mark as gift item.
