I have searched the forums for a stock ftf file for sony Z c6603 for South Africa but can't seem to find one. There are plenty for other areas of the world but not SA. I have got the flashtool needed. Does anyone know where I can get one please? Another question is, will that be all I need? just ftf file and flashtool? I need to downgrade from kitkat to jellybean. i bought a new z2 (D6502) and it came with 4.4.4 preinstalled
and i want to root the phone so after some searching i found out that i have to downgrade to .314
and i was wondering.would it be ok to flash a .314 D6503 frimware on my phone so i can root and flash a pre rooted .167?
because the weird thing is that i live in the middle east.my phone came with full arabic support but when searched here i couldn't find a D6502 firmware for middle east region that supports arabic .neither .314 or .167
only found such firmware for the D5603
how come then my phone fully supports arabic

The phone will still work but wifi and mobile data so its useless essentialy.
