AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy Lollipop. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Don't do it if you don't know it
ROM has gapps persistance in between dirty flashes
KERNEL:
Kernel in this rom follows CM source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM and OTA app, but only to download zip file and flash it manually from within recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.

Only bug I could find was swapping back-recents buttons
(quick fix) EDIT (system>use>keylayout>synaptics.kl) at the bottom of text swap (APP_SWITCH VIRTUAL) with (BACK VIRTUAL) personally I just swap associated key numbers instead of text. Less typing also encryption is present although haven't tried it yet

Nope same modem from oos 2.2.0 rom>gapps>reboot if coming from hydrogen mm firmware it would be 1. OOS 5.1.1 modem 2. rom 3. gapps (4. I.E. xposed, viper4 etc)

I'm having some issues with Snap camera app.
After taking a photo and seeing it in gallery, when I go back to the camera it hangs there with a black screen.

Can confirm
Same problem with notification slider, permanent on LAF after opening camera and permanent on flashlight.
I'm trying latest build, yeah flashlight bug (turn on, it on and turn off it still off -_-)
I flash > Clean Install > Flash ROM > Flash GApps > Reboot.

Installs with multirom just fine, however I couldn't get it to boot with the stock kernel and had to flash a custom kernel for it to boot (ak kernel)

Try this. Go to developer options and check use NU player instead of awesome player. If it's checked already try unchecking and playing the videos.

Already did that, also tried disabling av offload with no success. No videos stream in full screen and most don't even stream normally.

Updated AICP today. Don't really have a changelog, you can check my github and AICPs review source.
New build because the last build seemed really laggy to me. This one seems much better so feel free to test and report back.
Idk but charging stuck at 87% no matter what
After flashing this rom For some reason I m unable to send sms whenever I try with any app it stuck on sending and automatically network got disconnected (signal disappear) ... I really need some help plz

There Was Issue with VoLTE so links were removed now it is live check the folder

Bug reporting:
This is a big one. We work very hard for you guys so please help us out and follow these steps to report your bug. I've even provided links to help you out.
1. Very first step will be to attempt a re-download followed by a clean flash.
2. Pull a logcat and copy / paste it to hastebin .
3. Visit AOSiP and post your issue with your log in the bug reporting section.
4. Any bug reported without following procedure will be disregarded.

There's no camera app included in the ROM. Camera works. Just install any camera app you like.
Great to see you on XDA! I just posted at the g+ so you can disregard that. I think bacon camera will do fine
EDIT: NFC is on by default but it's greyed out and can't be turned off?
I think it's because that when you even turn it off, the service is still running in the background... Blame Google

AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
With the rebrand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we are now actually LOS based.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or LOS team, if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't LOS supported, so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

I have disabled Double tap to wake because theres no option to disable it. Until I figure it out, I will exclude dt2w.
Someone reported that OTG is not working. I will need someone who can test for me to fix this.

The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Nougat. You don't need to install any Add-Ons, simply download the latest ROM, GApps, flash it, and go!
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
How to flash:
Again: Don't do it if you don't know it!
TWRP is the recommended custom recovery (and needed for OTA Updates)
1. full wipe
2. flash ROM
3. flash GApps
(The ROM has GApps persistance in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!

KERNEL:
Kernel in this ROM follows LOS source with custom additions.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA:
To be able to flash over OTA app, TWRP recovery is needed.
You can still use CWM/LOS recovery and OTA app, but you will need to download the zip file and flash it manually from within your recovery. Zip gets saved under AICP_ota folder on your internal SDcard.
Please be sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery.

Same result for me. Maybe because of the vast amount of kernel-related changes from the last days. Anyway, clean flash worked, nice to start fresh anyway

Skipped an OTA nightly yesterday (the 24th), updated the newest of the 25th of may and it gets stuck on on the AICP splash-screen. After roughly 45 minutes i tried a clear dalvik/cache, but i had to use a backup of the 23th of may to fix it.
Overall, love the OS, but the camera is crashing. 'can't connect' 'unable to start' etc.
reluctant to update again.
Try to clean flash 25 and 26 build : setup wizard has stopped
tried to update 23rd to 26th nightly; same bootloop.
Also problem with nightly 25 and 26
did not boot hang with aicp boot screan.
Tried also with older boot img same.
Back to 23 build
Edit: clean install should work
I will check why a lot of you are facing bootloop on dirty flash.
Anyways Clean Flash works so.. just do that
BTW I have a question, would you like hotplugging to be present or all cores on (like franco's kernel)
