please help, I need a dd command, im stock in download mode - Sprint LG G3

hi to all.
i started this thread because im unable to find a command in dd.
my lg g3 ls990 has primegsm rom with build.prop modified (D855 montary ) but when i turn it on it shows system ui stopped so i cant enable usb debug.
i had twrp installed but now i cant even but to twrp just into download mode but i cant flash tot because the flash tool detect the phone as D855 and not ls990 even with generic dll.
with sendcommand on download mode
i need a dd command to erase the system partition from download mode because after that maybe the flash tool can flash the tot without errors.
or any idea if i can flash the twrp back from download mode? or any other solution.
any help is highly appreciated

Help lg p760

Hello forgive me for my bad english
Please help, I have a problem with my phone LGp760, I do a hard reset but when the phone restarts, I got this error lgsetupwizard stopped I can't enter to the phone to change the setting and i can't install the system again because the usb debugging is disabled, :crying:
Do you have access to custom recovery?
If so, boot into recovery, and from there flash a zip containing a ROM (.zip must be located on external sd card).
If you have access to the fastboot you can use "fastboot flash recovery.img", which will flash a custom recovery, and than you can boot into recovery.
If you can not access neither custom recovery nor fastboot, you will need to flash a .KDZ file using an offline method by cmahendra.
If you unlocked bootloader, you also must flash x-loader and u-boot, pior to flashing .KDZ.
For more detailed answer it would be better to tell us what can you do with the phone right now (can you access recovery, or fastboot and is your recovery stock or custom). Also if you find anything in my post unclear fell free to ask.

[Q] HELP PLEASE I can't enter download mode or fastboot but can enter twrp and boot!

HI! I recently upgraded to an lg g3 and I immediately unlocked bootloader, installed twrp, and put a custom ROM on, now I want to switch back to the stock firmware. I don't have a backup of the LAF file and I can't enter fastboot or download mode in order to fix download mode so that I can revert to stock firmware! When I try to enter download mode (holding down top volume key and plugging into PC [I've tried both usb 3.0 and 2.0 with original cable]), lg logo briefly flashes on screen and blue led flickers then the screen is black and the phone shows up on my computer in device manager as Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008. I wiped my phone through twrp and restored my early backup from when I had just rooted it but that didn't change anything. Now the thing is, I have twrp installed and I can enter twrp just and the phone boots into any custom rom just fine.. The phone is rooted and bootloader is unlocked. I need to relock the bootloader and unroot but I can't without download mode. Any help would be really appreciated! I'm on an lg vs985.

Thanks! Sorry I guess I meant that I have twrp recovery installed and I can get into that and I can boot into the OS.
How do I flash the laf to my phone? And will that fix download mode?

i could speculate and say, use the recovery install command line code, changing recovery to laf, but i have no idea if thats ok to do with laf.
try at your own risk.

Ok so the problem is still the same and twrp dissapeared when I tried to use the same process to flash the laf. When I try to enter twrp the blue/green leg starts blinking. I put twrp back on. :crying:
I'm sorry to bump the thread but i'm kind of desperate here. I need to flash the laf file to restore download mode but fastboot isn't working at all.:crying:

How do people use fastboot commands, whenever I try it just says "waiting for device" and i've tried downloading drivers many times. ADB is working though. How can I restore download mode?

Sorry I don't know, but people are not using fastboot commands because it's not there, Verizon removed or blocked it.

edit: on vs985, broken download mode fixed

im confused as to what the solution was exactly. if your laf was broken as you said, how did you fix it to pull your own laf?
the laf file i gave you is official, and is exactly the same as the one you posted. verified by md5 comparison.

The solution was just fixing broken download mode without fastboot. Your LAF probably would have worked as well, oops. I had two laf files, one was 32mb, and one was the one from you, I thought I just downloaded it twice and threw away the one you posted thinking it was a duplicate. I went hunting through my phone's files for the laf I backed up when flashing twrp later on after the other laf didn't work. Sorry about that.

[NEED HELP] Partition does not exist

Hello,
I'm trying to unbrick my lg p760 with the fastboot flashing. I've already installed all the drivers with no problems, but when I input the fastboot flash u-boot command it says that the partition does not exist.
I tried flashing the x-loader, but it gives me the same problem, partition does not exist. Is it possible to unbrick the phone? Thanks in advance.
Download Mode is a more primitive and thus reliable way to flash a complete KDZ file, online or offline.
I have never been able to use Fastboot at all with this phone since Windows 8.1.
Not with stock rom and not with various custom roms. Other devices work fine. ADB should work, tho this won't help much now.

vs996 lost download mode

Hello. I am on a vs996, bootloader unlocked using wtf method. I have twrp and a working phone but I seem to have lost download mode, probably when trebalizing my phone. I can boot to twrp but any way I use to boot to download mode will cause my phone to boot loop into the os. (From twrp, from os,from adb, vol up+plug cable in, etc) I think I just have to reflash the correct laf to get download mode back but when I extracted from a kdz and flashed in twrp this did not work. Currently running dot os with no issues but if I loose twrp I will not be able to flash anything which would be an issue. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
