Hey guys,
haven't asked here anything for a while, but now i feel like in trouble with companies Italian Olivetti (?) made tablet called Olipad Graphos.
Basically one guy made a factory reset for it and know it's almost dead, basically just can't get past lockscreen. No buttons, no notification bar pullable just nothing. Of course it seems like there is no problem with that, just find firmware, make an upadate and life goes on, but there is PROBLEM - no existence of firmware rom or anything else, so there is question what goes on is there any possibility to make this toy work? There is possibility to get into stock recovery with basic options.. Hope there is any possible solution.
Any help will be really appreciated, thanks!

Already tried that, but no reply from them after a month
the only people that can help you is the manufacturer or person having the same tablet

All right, so what if i can get same tablet? Is it possible to copy system files from it or something like that?
It could be possible if the tablet had Twrp. Your best bet is to ask the manufacturer to send the firmware to you. Maybe this time they will respond

hope dies last, i'll have a try and write another message, otherwise i'll have to port TWRP and migrate from one tablet to another

Ok, on a serious note. Some users have reported brick or partial brick i.e adb still works etc. Condi said he has changed region one more than one occasion and had no troubles. Best to wait for now, until devs sort it out. You will be able to change back soon enough. Any reason you want to change back? like 3g capability?

Sorry do you mean you programmed in the sky decoder? Ive had to do that twice lol..... it sucks but well worth it. There is an apk, something like com.sony.irremote or similar. Any way unless you had backed up with titanium or similar root backup I believe those settings are gone....

I forgot to backup the application..
now I have to program the keys of the decoder one by one.
I've another problem with this tablet, when i write with the touch keyboard, sometimes it take some imput twice, and write double letters.
it happens to someone else?

Hello guys, I know it could sound really weird for you all, but here's my point: I just bought an Xperia Mini on eBay from a user claiming he had received it directly from Sony Ericsson as a free sample. I received it yesterday, it was unpacked and was sold together with the battery charger only. Nothing too strange.
By the way, after about half an hour I realized the phone had a front camera.
Ok, I watched the video and i know I'm a noob on XDA. But I'm no stupid
So don't tell me it's the light/proximity sensor! I wouldn't be here! It's a working front camera, since I can switch between this one and the "normal" one and take pictures. Here is a picture of the phone:

Anyway, the other strange thing is that the phone comes with Android 2.3.3, build 4.0.A.2.368, and I can't update it. Not directly from the phone, nor using PC Companion. It just keeps saying the software is up to date.

I wrote to the seller, and he just answered me: he says that, working for a company that create applications for iOS and Android, they usually get five samples for each model. This is one of those. It could be, as I thought, a sort of "prototype". The thing is: I am grateful for the front camera, but I'd like to be able to get software updates, and this seems impossible. And also, I suppose that updating through "unofficial" ways would take to the impossibility of using the front camera.

Here's the picture of the phone... I wouldn't be envious at all, anyway. I have a couple of days to understand if I can update the phone, if updating causes the impossibility of using the front camera, and if - even worse - it can cause hardware incompatibilities, crashes, explosions or else. Then I have to decide if I want to send it back or not.
D'oh.
That's pretty cool... But it absolutely sucks that you can't update the firmware..
Maybe you can contact Sony and ask if there is any way to update..

I doubt it... it looks like this is a "test" version that was long ago abandoned by developers... anyway, I'd rather buy a new phone. It's easier xD

If I was you, I wouldn't contact Sony about it
If it was a test product, don't think they will be happy that an Xperia Mini is roaming around in the wild with a front camera. In my opinion if you really want to update, flash a ROM that is made for the Xperia Mini Pro, then you might be able to use the front camera. There is barely any difference between the XMP and XM then the HW keyboard and the Front camera.

Well... how do I create a backup copy of my firmware? Because I'm not sure it's the same as the "normal" 4.0.A.2.368. By the way, if I flash a new ROM on my device, what happens if I try to restore to the original manifacturer firmware? Does the phone keep it in memory, or does it restore to the new, "clean" firmware?

Install CWM recovery and do a backup maybe it will work if anything goes wrong
This phone is original?
What you could do is flash any Rom you want, that is from a Stock Rom. BUT! Always back up your system so that you can go back to it if something goes wrong.
If you need any help on how to's and stuff like that just tell me and ill help you out.

I googled solutions to fix "Your device is not compatible with this version" when downloading new apps, and followed the directions on this video. My phone started having the issue described (reboot loop), so I attempted to follow the accompanying video, but could not get it to work. I figured if I did a factory reset, it would put my phone back to how it was, erasing the changes I tried to make. However, it did not fix the issue.
I just bought this phone 3 weeks ago and now I can't use it. I'm on a fixed income (Peace Corps volunteer on a living stipend) and spent nearly my whole month's allowance to get this phone. Right now I can't afford to take it to a Samsung store to fix it, and I'd prefer not taking it there anyway as I'm in a city that I don't live in right now which is clear across the country from my home, so if I take it there, I may have to leave before they are able to fix it.
Is there someone here who would be willing to skype-walk me through trying to fix the phone on my own? Apparently I'm not capable of doing it myself, and I really want my phone fixed.

I haven't yet. I'm on public computers right now. When I get wifi to download it on my own computer, I will and let you know how it works. I hope that will happen soon.

I think if you are able to provide a SPTOOLS flashable package that would be most flexible for me, however if your only able to do TWRP backup that would be fine too.

Need help with Lemfo Lem5 - keyboard symbols problem
Hello everyone,
I'm new and I hope I'm posting in the right area, I just purchased this with and I think its an amazing watch....however just one little nagging problem. I'm trying to connect to my WiFi at home and when it brings up the keyboard, for the life of me, I cannot find the "@" symbol.
I tried everything from changing keyboards in the input settings and I just can't find it!! Can someone please help or telling what I'm doing wrong?

Can't use symbols neither writing password, web directions nor user names.
But it's working on adress book...

I have big plans on giving this up pretty soon, i bought a z2 tablet from eBay, i got it and I notice that the tablet goes in a demo mode, i searched and found how to disable it but i keep coming back, so annoying!! Well after some research i found a app that i cant close, named "demo something" i can disable it but it start again after a locked screen or i leave it for a while, my mind is to root it and The really disable/uninstall that app. But here come another problem! This tablet dont have any imei. So here iam! What to do? Should i just face it that i have been raped and tricked to Buy a demo store unit? Please help me out here guys! If its allowed to offer beer/Coffee money for help that solve my problem i will do that!

You are stuck. It most likely has a very limited software that was made just for demo purposes and may not even have the hardware inside. Without and imei you won't really even be able to use it for anything
My own idé was to root it and get rid of the demo mode that keep starting, but that dont work without imei, i use The tablet and it works fine otherwise this is just so annoying. There aint any way to Flash another rom to it without imei? Or is it possible to give it a imei on my own?

If you found a stock rom for it then you might be able to flash it. As for giving it an imei no. Anything dealing with the imei is illegal in most places and that even encludes the tools to mess with it.
So i dont need a imei to flash? Thought so becorse i need it for root? And how to find out what stock rom i need?

You will have to track down the real model of the device. To see if there is even a stock rom.
You don't need an imei to flash it. That is just the serial number that is coded to the main board. (you need it to connect to a network though.) This can normally be fixed by flashing stock software but not always.
The problem with eBay is that you never know really what you get. Mainly if you get it from China. Remember that if it seems too good to be true then it normally is and you really do get what you pay for.
Its time to give this up now i think.. Iam stuck! As I said before.. Coffee/beer money to The guy that solve this ****ty tablet,
