i accidentally overwrite my systemui.apk and lost my status bar and notification bar. if you guys still have a stock systemui.apk and framwork-res.apk can you guys help me how to set it up again so that i can still have my status and notification bar? much appreciated.

Just scroll down to his second post where is says "MODS AND EXTRAS". Theres a .zip file that should do the trick right there.
Is there a black notification bar? I'm running stock with root if that helps.
Im not looking for a complete theme, just the notification bar.
If there isn't one that can't be installed, is there a way I can edit the notification bar's white image within the system files?

If you change the notification bar to black, you need to change date/time/notification ticker colours to white. Since you are on stock, you will need to mod the framework-res.apk and services.jar file to accomplish that.

I'll give directions for that. If it seems to much for you, send me the framework-res.apk and services.jar file from your rom and i'll mod it for you.
Clock color change : here.
Date/Ticker color change : here
To change the actual status bar to black, you have to replace the statusbar_background.9.png file in framework-res.apk under /res/drawable-hdpi folder with a black one. Easiest way to do that is to pull it out from any theme that has it.

Thanks! I'll try it out but if it's too much I'll send you those files.
I'm using the themed rom (10E) that was created by Kuma and everything turned out fine, I tried patching the file to remove the Q-Apps from the notification bar and I ended up making the entire bar disappear. Now the bar at the top is completely gone, factory resetting/flashing the zip again won't bring it back. How can I fix it and bring the entire status bar back? I understand it may be a problem with SystemUI.apk. If someone has a copy of that I can put back on my phone? As well as where to put it? Thanks!
Just replace SystemUI.apk with the one in the ROM zip (if that is the only apk you patched).
I would like to know if there are any procedure that I can change the notification backgrown image? on SD rom v6.0.1(35B).....
I really annoyed by the sim icon in the status bar, I tried deodex, decompile, edit some layout.xml and recompile but it force closes al the time, please help ! I want to remove it soo bad
Install xposed.. install flat style status bar.. this will change the status bar icons entirely, including removing sim icon

I like the original one better, flat style indicator is not good at all
I tried deodex the rom and decompile the systemui but the sim icon is in pio files
I tried searching throughout the internet but there's no tutorial how to edit this file
Edit msim_signal_cluster_view didn't help, SystemUI has stopped or there's no statusbar at all
Please help, I tried everything now
