[Q][NEED HELP] How to modify Launcher3 in Lollipop AOSP - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello, i am using Minimal OS on MediaTek MT6592 which is based on AOSP Lollipop 5.1.1
I am here cause i want to modify the ROM to look much 'black-ish' cause my phone has an sAMOLED Display
All i want to know is : How to modify that white panel that's in the launcher? I mean that 'white panel' behind the apps, in drawer.
I know i need to decompile the app, i've done that but don't know what to modify... Maybe /res/values/colors ?
I want to change it from white to dark gray like this one (behind the apps)

[Stuck] What is THIS MIUI Lockscreen??!

Hello all developers and thanks for reading this thread in advance
So the problem is that I installed a ported MIUI ICS version and installed a custom Lockscreen which is this:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
The problem actually is....
I CAN'T SEEM TO OPEN IT xD
how can I open it please? I'm really stuck there
and it'll be great if you can provid me the lockscreens name..
thanks.
Tried reverse image search to no success i'd guess the locking is in the clock white left to black or black right to white as generally a slide movement, sorry not much help.
Thanks and it's called Tiji and yeah it supposed to unlock the way you mentioned but it seems bugged on my ported ROM as they mentioned Here

Centering After Dpi Change

Hi, I'm running 240dpi on my n4 and I'd like to know how I would be able to center my google now launcher? If I turn it to landscape mode and i touch between home and recent apps, it'll launch google now. Even without using the shortcut. I would like to know how I can align these apps. I'm compiling from source so no worries if I have to edit any .java files.
and no, I dont want to run aokp or PNA or PAC.

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I could be way off the mark here but when I need to fix up the layout or centre things manually in code, I use
Code:
view.getViewTreeObserver().addOnGlobalLayoutListener(...)
and override
Code:
Activity.onGlobalLayout()
.

[Q] My Wi-Fi icon on statusbar is weird

Hi. I don't know if I've chosen a good forum for this, but I have a problem. I don't know how to fix the blurred Wi-Fi icon on my I9301. I know, it's a small detail, but it really bugs me. Also, the signal and battery icons aren't straight relative to each other. The battery icon is placed higher and it doesn't look very good. Here's a screenshot :

"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
My phone is rooted, I don't want to install a CyanogenMod ROM. I want the TouchWiz. I tried to replace the Wi-Fi PNG files from GS4's SystemUI to my device, but they're the same, the problem is in the XML files I think. Android Themers, please, help me!
bump

[Q] Android Marshmallow's Night theme / Mode on any M ROM

M previews and alot of custom marshmallow ROMs have a night mode which change the interface to a dark theme, but it isn't present on stock final version of marshmallow
It's possible to activate it on stock or roms that doens't have this feature "enabled" on a "not so difficult" way?
I'm not an expert but also I'm not a total noob, I have enough knowledge to decompiled and change some minor things on apps (like SystemUI), but I never decompiled/modified an entire rom
My device is a Nexus 5
