My HTC Desire 816 A5_DWG S-ON unable to unlock bootloader and showing Entering Recovery...... As we flashed '3.23.710.1' a Wrong stock recovery I think. Now when we try to Unlock the bootloader its showing Entering Recovery.... message and stuck in that screen. Please Help me to resolve this issue. Below are device details.

you have to re get the unlock code.bin....the same steps you have done before...because i think you have upgraded your software firmware...for that reason you have re download the unlock code.bin for this software version.

Recently I got myself an HTC One from a local store. I unlocked the bootloader and rooted the phone following simple method. For some reason TWRP recovery does not work on my phone but clockworkmod works, but not touch. Anyway as I found out that the Latest OTA update is available so I relocked the boot loader and started downloading the update on the phone, but after the download the phone restarts and goes into bootloader instead of starting update. Then I downloaded the stock OTA and tried installing it but it gets stuck on "Installing bug_fix1. I waited for over an hour in this stage but nothing happens? Need a bit of help. So i have my htc one (m7), and i was trying to get it back to stock htc sense, because is was on cyanogenmod and i didn't really like it. i have used the tutorial from htc-one.wonderhowto .com ... I followed all the steps (relocked bootloader and downloaded HTC program), but the RUU wasn't compatible, i didn't know that at the time. So I was searching for another RUU, but I coudn't find a one to fit my device.

As you can see, i currently have s-on, and i can't find a proper RUU. So i tryed if there was a way to set my s-on to s-off. but i can't do that with rumrunner, since i am not able to uncheck *fastboot* in android settings, because i can't boot. Note: i have Clockworkmod Recovery installed. I live in the Netherlands.
Can anyone help me with this? i'm new to all this info so i dont know if there is an other way to simply install the stock htc rom.
I tried changing my HTC One M8_WHL PVT SHIP S-OFF into developer edition using the guide on http://htc-one.wonderhowto.com/how-...edition-for-super-fast-sense-updates-0156524/ . I successfully changed the MID and the CID without breaking a sweat. After, I used TWRP to restore the backup which the guide instructed me to download and restore. After restoring that backup, device could only boot HBOOT. Now I tried running the RUU.exe for Developer Edition and I get the error which asks that I run the correct RUU for the device. Now, the device doesn't boot pass HBOOT
What I can do ...
1. Boot into TWRP recovery
2. Give fastboot commands with HBOOT
3. Boot into RUU via fastboot
What I can't do ...
1. Boot the device
2. Revert the MID change to its original state cos I will need to run ADB Shell to do that, which cannot be done from HBOOT
3. No RUU.exe is responding to flashing the device
