CPU : and 8350
GPU : Radeon HD 7970
Please add support for opengles 3.0 or later for radeon driver in Remix Os, cause I can't run many apps and games that support for opengles 3.0. So I have to root Remix Is and change opengles version to version 2.0 in build.prop so apps can run,
CPU: Intel I7 2600
GPU: NVidia GTX 960
RAM: 8GB DDR3
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB
WiFi: Realtek RTL8192CU USB 2.0
Works fine but wifi sometimes needs reset and remix os seems to use a single CPU core - CPU is heavily throttling all the time. Also the GPU is seen as VMWare generic GPU and I have no graphic acceleration. The system freezes for a few seconds when heavily loaded but I think it's due to missing graphic acceleration/missing multiple cores I guess.
surface pro 3 i3 intel hd graphic, work well, but sometime lose connection on wifi and touchscreen some time stop working and resume working after reboot
sorry for my english
Mainboard = Asus P8Z68-V
CPU =Intel Core I5 2500K (Sandybridge)
GPU = Nvidia GTX 550Ti [Fermi] (Crash opening JPG via Gallery, opening website via Firefox, maybe more ?) /
GPU = Intel HD 3000 (comes with the CPU of course) currently using. Quite stable..but ugly when watching YouTube (Color Banding) very distracting.
RAM = DDR 3 12GB
HDD = 3pcs 500GB, 1pcs 2TB.
DVD-RW Drive = 1pcs ( Is it supported yet ? ).
Audio = Mainboard audio Realtek ALC892 is working.
Network = via usb wifi TP-Link TL-WN823N (Quite unstable).
Network LAN = Mainboard Intel 82579 Gigabit LAN. ( Haven't tested yet ).
Samsung ATIV Book 2
Intel Core i5 4210U
8GB RAM DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 4400
NVIDIA GeForce 710M
Qualcomm Atheros AR956x WiFi
Realtek HD Audio
HD 1TB 5400rpm
System works fine. Runs only on GPU embedded on CPU, would be great see it running on my GeForce. WiFi signal is a little weak, but nothing too annoying. Data.img size is terrible we need more space to test the OS, root access either. Remix messes with Windows clock. Please, enable launchers from Play Store (Nova works great, for example). Sound thru HDMI support is hard, I know, but it would be so great.

Everything works except Bluetooth. Also the game KOTOR does not start because it is looking at alternate storage places even though none are installed. I also have Remix OS installed on its own partition.

like was stated before, hoping for driver optimizations for the gpu, since i know that x.org is just the basic of the basic and I notice stuttering in some games that i try to play. On another note, I had one hell of a trouble to get Remix OS installed directly onto a partition that i set up for it, but it is working well now.
Surface Pro 3, i5.
Works well except:
DPI scaling has to be done before each boot
Touch screen stops working seemingly at random after a while
WiFi dropping out.
Once those things are fixed it'll be booted more than Windows
Acer Aspire one d255
cpu Intel Atom N550

works really good, finaly a destop android, i love it!
Youtube and Twitch are not showing video but Dolphin browser does it and Kodi works perfect witch is really nice...

Everything works fine, except quick buttons for screen and keyboard brightness.

So far, I've had great success. The problem I've had are mostly with games and keyboard input. Both Dominations and Star Wars Commander, I just can't get my USB keyboard to work (the entire system will freeze up, requiring a reboot). Chrome, Firefox, etc have all been amazing. And I apologize if I've missed this elsewhere, but is there a keyboard/mouse way to do pinch to zoom?
Running this on
#1 - Surface Pro 1
#2 - Intel NUC 2820
CPU: Intel Celeron N2820 (Bay Trail)
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: Intel HD
Surface Pro 1 Works fine, would like to see some power saving features added..
NUC fully functional but as with many people no HDMI sound, Sound works via line out, as I run this thru my TV I can't get any sound, there needs to be HDMI sound support and a way to switch between the different outputs.
hello i'm running Remix OS on my Nextbook Flexx 11 (there is an android variant of this device)
CPU: Intel® Atom™ Processor Z3735F (1.8Ghz Quad Core 64bit)
RAM: 2GB
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics
I like many use HDMI output on my device (haven't tried it yet, I just installed this OS today) I'm very impressed with the overall speed, however we're missing a storage option in the settings menu, and my device has no sound output through the built in speakers (i have not yet tested the headphone jack). Also my battery life always shows 100%. I am running OS version 2.0.201

Built-in 2 Speaker(s) And Digital Array Microphone |ASUS SonicMaster Technology
1.2 Mega Pixel web camera
Works perfect but the camera light is always on and there is no camera app. I tried a camera app from the play store but it says cannot connect to camera. In hangouts, when I try to make a video call call, it restarts the whole system.
No rotation.
Battery draianage is very high.
Modem: ThinkPad 8

Hard Drive: 128 eMMC
Audio: Realtek ALC5672 (not working for beta)
Bluetooth: Broadcom BCM4324 (not working for beta)
Wifi: Broadcom BCM4324 (Worked ok)
Video is a little choppy, and after changing the dpi ( 1920x1200 on 8" ) to 240 it stopps working.
And it took ages ( ~1H ) to generate that 8GB data Partition, so give the chance to change the size.
I had to use http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/winapp-android-x86-installer-uefi-t3222483 to install on a Dell Venue 8 Pro
because of the datapartition size

Only drawback is that the Ethernet port doesn't operate with RemixOS and WiFi from the tablet keeps dropping.

An installed version (32 GB SSD) of Remix OS beta runs successfully on a Lenovo T400 (CPU: Intel Core(TM)2 Duo P8400, Intel Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics Controller). Videos are shown with BSPlayer, Whatsapp runs, Skype starts and stops one second later - Problem with the graphics? Older 32Bit IBM/Lenovo notebooks do not run with Remix OS beta 32Bit (2016-03-01): T40, T42, T43, R51. They run until the prompt of the root terminal, but do not switch into graphics mode needed for the rest of the booting process. A Lenovo T61 runs with Remix OS beta 32bit, but not absolutely stable.
ASUS A46CB-WX024D laptop Intel Core i5-3317U (1.7 GHz) Intel HD 4000 and NVIDIA GeForce 740M (Optimus) 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD Works great, with AnTuTu score of 125k. Even multitouch on the touchpad works, including gestures, but works terribly with the file manager.
Toshiba Satellite L55 i5 5th gen 2.40hz 8gb ram 1tb HDD split into three partitions 450gb for Windows, 500gb for Linux Mint, and 32gb for RemixOS on an ext4 format. I also have a 16gb USB drive for other computers.

About 18 months ago I tried to install Androidx86 directly onto my sole laptopn, an Acer Aspire 1410 (2011 I think), single core netbook, but a decent one at that. I'm pretty dran good at making/breaking things, but this time I screwed up and lost my Windows OS, with Android never working. Then life's dramas took over, and fixing it became low-priority. But I needed a laptop again and, right on time, Remix OS drops, and right now I have my old faithful laptop back, running my favourite OS (I really just do not need Windows anymore). Sadly, I'm limited to running it off USB2, and I've not found a clever way of installing it to the HDD without an initial copy of Windows to work off.
Use Universal USB Formatter with a non-Linux installation method install to local drive then use rmxtools to expand the data image to whatever size you want. Then you Acer boot to RMX OS.

Mi Box DVB-T stick + streaming
Hello, did anyone tried to use android DVB - T USB stick? Was it working flawlessly? My other question is if there is any way to stream (Miracast, DLNA,...) games to this box from MSI GS70 6QE Stealth Pro? Specifications are: - OS: Windows 8.1 Pro x64 - CPU: Intel® Core™ i7 processor 6th Gen. - Chipset: Intel HM170 - GPU: Nvidia GeForce® GTX 970M, Intel HD Graphics 530 - RAM: 16GB - Connectivity: Killer GbLAN with Killer Shield (Killer wi-fi included), Bluetooth 4.1
From past experience with various sticks and accessories I noticed Android only accepts things that come with suitable drivers inside the firmware (or kernel). If a box alread has the hardware internally then you can be lucky and t works after disabling the original first. There are some tuner sticks claiming they work with Android out of the box but I never tried one as I have no need and did not want to pay top $ for one to try out.
