I went to best buy on my lunch break 12pm east. Asked for my Tbolt and they said Verizon has delayed it and no date is known yet.
So there you have it.
I got my $50 back because I really didn't even want to support Best Buy anyway, I hope they go out of business, I f*ing hate that store.*(not because they didnt have my tbolt)
Don't believe rumors other people post from talking to CSR. Lets face it folks, most people hired at Best Buy don't know their own head from their ass, so any info received from them is just be considered untrue.

How do I get my $50 back? When I pre-ordered, they gave me a $50 gift card and a receipt. I went in yesterday to return it and cancel my pre-order. They told me they couldn't refund the gift card. Did you get the gift card too?

Take it to the service desk, say I want my refund because you lied and said my phone would be here and its the 14th and no phone. I want my money back and will take my business to Verizon.
You dont have to say all that, but you can just say you want your money back because the phone didn't show. Don't let them feed you any ****. Just start *****ing. Best Buy employees are dumb in general. They hire people that don't know jack **** about electronics.

The problem isn't the english used in the posts that is why I don't have a problem reading them. The problem is their existence and the unnecessary threads crowding of this section of xda. Although I guess complaining about it will bring no solution either so... I guess it will be what it will be.
It will settle down when the phone comes out.

I have not seen this many threads pop up in 2 days and I had the incredible on release day as I had most winmo phones (with keyboards of course) on release days. I guess I'm just surprised by this many threads. I bet the EVO section was this way before release. Maybe the HD2 as well.. I dunno

That program is a ripoff
For a phone under $350 its $40...
For a phone over $350 think it was $50-60.
Just another scam by best buy.
but for a $749 phone retail, 12-18 months later its worth 225 or 150 18-24 months which is why I think they're pushing it with the thunderbolt. For less expensive phones it obviously wouldn't be worth it as much
So I've decided to sell my gs2 and use the money for a Mugen 6600 extended battery which are quite expensive. I'll be ordering in the next few days and will report back with statistics once arrived and tested. I had great success with the rav power 2750 for my i717 note and the community over there loved it,they sold like hot cakes. I hope that this battery does well and my new friends here in the MeGa Family will enjoy it. To be continued.........

Well not to much a delay but a small one..at least they can get more in this short of time..and thanks for the info update on this.

Allllright the beast has shown up.Here are a few pics for a decent look at it. The back piece actually has a good glossy finish with a tiny texture for grip I'm guessing.The battery is actually heavier then what I thought it was going to be. It almost makes me feel like the device has doubled its weight and now I'm scared without a case on this MEGA device. But glad it's here and ready to see how long I can actually get without having to charge :beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:cheerz

Makes it look about twice as thick but not that bad and it should give plenty more battery life i am guessing...but looks pretty slick.
I have not been here lately since I bought a Note 4 and gave my Note 3 to a family member.
Before I gave it away I ordered an extra battery and a cradle charger. They have arrived and have been sitting there.
If you need them, they are yours.
I have given things away before and I do not ask for anything in return. I do not do it for "thanks" or popularity.
Fact is God has blessed my family this week and laid it on my heart to do this again.
Anyway, the battery is OEM and the cradle is 3rd party. I have never used them.
The only thing I ask is you pay it forward one day.
PM me or reply here. Please don't take advantage it you really don't need or plan on selling.
Edit: l can not promise super fast delivery because I am not allowed to drive due to seizures so it depends on schedules and getting a ride

I have 2 Touchpad's that have unfortunately died, there's no damage to them but they refuse to charge.
I've now bought a Samsung galaxy tab pro so they are are up for grabs.
I would prefer collection but am happy to post with a sae if necessary.
Basis all the support and advice I've received here I would like to give back to the community.
Also have a couple of touchstones that are only being used as stands for my samsung.
I'm not on line as much as I used to be (Health reasons) so please DON'T expect an immediate response.
I will obviously be looking at post count and number of thanks when requests are in.

My oldest daughter uses our TouchPad, and has for years. My son is old enough now to be jealous. I would love to have another touchpad. I'd be happy to see if I could get one or both of those working and set them up with KK so that my kids can be on equal footing. I'm not familiar with 'collection' or 'SAE', my wife deals with shopping and shipping a lot more than I do. Do you have any takers yet?

SAE stands for self addressed envelope, yes one the big contributers has also asked for one. I believe that shipping cost to the US /Canada are approximately £20 ($32).I'm happy giving them away and will probably chuck in a Touchstone with each but don't want to be out £40 ie 20 per.
I will check on the cost and report back .
Roland you definitely have one to play with, I can't believe that haven't got one bearing in mind all the tutorials you have done.
If you and Roland are OK with that I'll get it organised next week or when ever is convenient.
Please note that I can't guarantee that you are able to get it to charge. They haven't been dropped but just refused to charge. Hopefully if you can't get it working you can cover your costs by selling for part's.

Have you left them on the charger for hours??? I had the issue a couple times where they wouldn't charge, but after leaving them on the charger for hours they finally came back to life. Also, does the little light flash across the home button when you put them on a charger?
I am also interested. Any chance either of the TouchPads are the white 64-gig devices?

Anyone else in "Processing" purgatory? Been processing for almost 48 hours. A coworker also went processing 4 hours AFTER I did, already shipped and will have it in hand tomorrow.
A rant thread is good for the above things until things shake out a bit, but how about a received shipping thread too? This way we can just view the waiting area with like minded people.. waiting. Then if I want to see who got their shipping confirmations I can torture myself in another thread.
It would be nice if Google were more open regarding the different color and capacity shipping times. There have been a multitude of posts showing contact w/ Google CSR and very little explanation regarding these questions.

Google: stop locking FedEx shipments from being able to be picked up at local FedEx center. If Motorola (your former company) did and continues to, then so can you.

Unfortunately Apple and BB play the same games when they are contracted.
Only complaint so far is battery life. It seems freakin dismal, I feel as though I must be doing something wrong! Perhaps Pushbullet does not agree with this phone?

Not yet, I've only been off charger for a few hours so I will post one later tonight. I'm driving to Milwaukee which is a few hours away and don't have a USB-C car charger yet so I'm worried about it dying. For reference, I'm currently at 84%, at this point in the day with my HTC One M8 (which already had pretty poor battery life) I was usually at 93-95%.
