Verstuurd vanaf mijn XT1575 met Tapatalk

Installed the 3/14 build from the AICP thread on a pure with a Sprint SIM. I am successfully connected to both 3g/4g and WiFi, yet I have no sms and calling. I receive an error that the message has failed to send and a pop-up saying "Can't send message with CARD 1, error 97" and then within settings -> About Device -> Status -> SIM Status, my IMEI is listed correctly and it displays I have successfully connected to the network. Although the My Phone Number is displayed as "Unknown" I am also having the same error with the Dirty Unicorns ROM and have not found a successful fix so far except to just flash to a different ROM where texting/calling works.

Can we have a built in dpi editor and I doubt it but would it be possible to get cm actions? These are the only two things I'm missing...

Where would I find it? I don't see it in the 3-15-16 build.

Did I read right in the aicp thread, that there is a better kernel being worked on for this, but it's not included? Is it out for public consumption yet, or still in the works?

Did not know there was a native aosp wifi calling app.

Trying to get bubblupnp audio cast working... Everything connects but no sound. I got it working on stock rom so perhaps it's related to the other sound issues.

There is no wifi calling app... If you check the features, it lists T-Mobile Wifi Calling and Project fi Support

On a related note I tried several dnla apps and they all crashed trying to connect to the mxp.

Video Reviews:
PLEASE READ YOUR APPLICABLE PROCESS AND UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE ATTEMPTING. ALSO READ THE LATEST UPDATE POST AND THIS FAQ, IT HAS SOME GOOD INFO IN IT.
Pre-requisites: An unlocked bootloader and custom recovery installed. Use this guide if you need assistance with this (this is a more valid link for TWRP, only unlock the bootloader and install a custom recovery, no point in rooting).
Which path do I choose? Clean install or dirty flash?
Dirty flash: If you are already on a Pure Nexus official build AND NOT flashing across Android versions (6.x.x to 7.x.x). Please check the update post linked about though. This keeps your apps and their data intact.
Clean install: When you have problems with dirty flashing, when coming from another custom ROM, stock Android, a personal Pure Nexus build, OR when required (check the update post).
Always do a clean install before reporting issues
How to dirty flash:
Download the latest Pure Nexus zip, your choice of root zip (optional), and your custom kernel (optional) onto your phone.
Boot into TWRP and make a backup (optional but HIGHLY recommended).
Wipe cache and dalvik cache (optional).
Flash Pure Nexus zip.
Flash root (optional).
Flash custom kernel (optional).
Reboot and profit.
How to clean install:
Download the latest Pure Nexus zip, Beans GApps, your choice of root zip (optional), and your custom kernel (optional) onto your phone.
Backup any important data.
Boot into TWRP and make a backup (optional but HIGHLY recommended).
Wipe system, data, cache, and dalvik cache in Wipe > Advanced Wipe.
Flash Pure Nexus zip.
Flash GApps zip.
Flash root (optional).
Flash custom kernel (optional).
Reboot and profit.

Awesome!! Thanks so much for the Deb support!! :good:
Too bad i'm away for the weekend so won't be able to try this until tonight!
I'm on 5.1.1 is there a bootloader I can just fastboot flash or twrp flash to get me to 6.0.1? I saw a 4.0.5 bootloader in another thread and would I have to flash radio also? Thanks

Hi @Subham,
I just clean flashed the ROM, but just after the Google Setup Wizard, done with OpenGapps dated from today (May, 5th), I'm unable to get a homescreen, stuck on "Android is starting" with a progress bar. I can just go to settings since I can pull down the notification panel.
Steps I did:
-Wipe everything;
-Install the ROM;
-Install OpenGapps;
-Reboot
Do you know where it could from ?

Sctully it doesnt work on end still. This is on a clean install and your latest build of validus. I would get a logcat for you but I forgot the name of the app that used to do this for me. Any ideas? Also I don't mind testing it if its something you really are afraid of getting in trouble for. I even recorded it so you can see it. Going to see if I can upload the video on YouTube or something

Nerd alert here but I play Pokemon Go with my little brother so am I correct in reading that this rom is not prerooted? Pokemon Go does not work on rooted devices. Or maybe I missed it in the featured list?

All Pure Nexus builds are official unless otherwise stated in the OP. From what I know the team doesn't allow unofficial builds, and all device builds must be done thru the team. A few unofficial builds popped up on the nexus 7 forums but were quickly shut down without Bean's permission.

Great rom so far. I think I've found my daily driver. Performance and look is great, and so far battery appears to be good.
Thanks Dev!

Any for d850? I got it to work by installing the file then restoring boot and efs from my previous rom, but I'm getting random crashes on google app. Great rom by the way. Hope it gets d850 support.
OTA in settings crashed

Rooted with magisk 14 and flashed mrbump. At the moment everything working correctly and gps fastest.
One question, can the gapps be updated with the latest version of opengapps?

Good answer. Well, after doing a backup I installed open gapps 7.1 nano (20170910). At the beginning of the installation you receive a warning that the stock gapps are installed, but installs without problems.
Once rebooted everything works fine. Reinstated gapps again and there is no warning and install normally.
Thanks for the rom, smoot and fast aosp.
Awesome will test?
