Thanks for posting this. Sammobile reported it as well, but I think the link they had in their story went to the wrong item...or the promotion wasn't live yet. It would be nice if they offered the stand-up chargers as a BOGO also, but the flat models will do. I know enough people to find someone the free one will benefit. Sure, Ebay and Amazon offer fast chargers at a cheaper price, but the BOGO deal makes it worth while to get official Samsung. Again, thanks for posting a good link to the deal.

No it does not but the Samsung page didn't have a button to order. It only had a button that said find a local or online retailer. Thanks captain obvious who didn't realize his smart remark isn't so obvious. If you aren't going to help why comment at all?
I called Samsung and they said the button was probably disabled because they are out. Nowhere does it say its out of stock though!

Apparently they are having issues. It was supposed to run through the 19th. I guess they bit off more than they can chew. Sorry for wasting your time.

Do these charge the phone faster than other Q chargers?

Just a word about being careful when dealing with Samsung.
I ordered the BOGO wireless charger deal that Samsung announced on the 16th of March within 15 minutes of the promotion going live. The same day, I received an Email from Samsung telling me both items (the wireless charger and the free one) were backordered.
Another week or so went by and I still had not received notification of shipment so I used Samsung's customer service page to Email them about it. The next day I received another Email telling me that my items were due to arrive at their facility with an ETA of 3/24/2016. On March 26 I received another Email from Samsung once again stating that my items had been backordered. I Emailed them back on the same day telling them to immediately cancel my order. They Emailed me back the next day the cancellation had been submitted.
Fast forward to today (March 29) and I get four more Emails from them. The first three were all sent at the exact same time (8:08PM my time). The first Email was a shipping confirmation (but for ONLY one charger, not the two I was supposed to get), the second Email was letting me know Samsung initiated a return on my request but if I would not be able to refuse the package to follow the directions below...(no directions were given). The third Email once again stated that a return has been initiated and did have further instructions. The instructions were basically just an RMA number and an address. NO return shipping label or anything!
A fourth Email arrived at 10:05PM, again with the same RMA number and address to send the package back to. I promptly Emailed them back telling them that I would not pay return shipping for their repeated mistakes and that I would stop payment on the credit card. I told them if they wanted anything back they would need to Email me a return label for shipping at their expense. It will be interesting to see what they respond back with.
They are idiots or crooks. Either way, beware.

I'm getting the same crap from them. I told them I wanted it cancelled; a day or two later I receive emails saying it's being shipped and that I'll have to ship it back. I've already ditched my S7 and went back to my Nexus 6P for now and now I have to deal with this. I'm attempting to get my money back right now. Way to go Samsung.....

i preordered the 32gb Grey model and im in the same situation as you i kept checking my phone today hoping to receive an NCIX email! hopefully it will come tmrw!
I also have one at NCIX with no date given. I ordered 5 on Amazon for what is to be the second shipment. so If you really need one and I get them before yours comes in. Let me know I will not be marking them up just getting rid of them.
Told NCIX to cancel my order if they didn't have a date for me. I guess I'll hear back tomorrow or the day after (because it takes that long to cancel) and make a decision.
They will make you confirm you want to cancel with another email. it wont be that simple. trust me done it already.
it seems like its impossiable to get information from NCIX over emails, its better to walk into a store (if there is one near you) and ask for your information.... i did that last week and i found out that i was the 32nd person to preorder the tablet out of like 120+ people soo hopefully ill be getting mine soon... but they never gave me a release date..

I just got shipping confirmation on my Newegg gray dock too. I only ordered one, wish I had ordered another as they are out of stock again. I called DataVis to see if they really have it in stock. She says that they do, that they only have a few left. My order shows as processing and will probably ship out on Tuesday. Fingers crossed.
Asus is on crack. Instead of sending sufficient inventory to its "official" pre-order resllers who are in the weeds, it appears they're sending a handful of units randomly to every reseller that's ever sold one of their products.

I know they were having tons of site issues. When I tried to order the VU charger in black, it would add 2 other color chargers automatically. And when I removed the 2 that it added it would add something else. It was a mess. So to answer your question, I wasnt able to order anything. I did email them about the issues but never received a response back.

But overall customer service is just as bad as SPIGEN.
I had the same thing happen. I order on cyber monday. I added one VU to the cart and clicked submit and saw that 3 other VUs were also ordered. I emailed customer support that i need only one. I checked back after 3 days and saw that the order was cancelled. I emailed customer support again and they said yes order has been cancelled due to system issues and they gave me a 50% off coupon code (but it was valid only for one day). I used the coupon and placed a fresh order.

I had quite the opposite experience with them. Thought they had fantastic customer service. I ordered through T-mobile, had the cycling issue, I contacted them and they sent me a new one which I received in 4 days free of charge. I imagine they are just a bit swamped recently.
I ordered two but got no email or anything.
Edit: looks like I did get an order confirmation email back on the 2nd. Still no shipping notice or other sign of it. I also never got an answer from their Cyber Monday face-saving support page (I intended to order more of thier products at 50%-off).
I ordered at 0730 Dec 2, on Dec 7 I emailed because of no tracking info. I never got a reply, but as of yesterday I can go to their tracking link and see a USPS tracking # that leads to the USPS details. Tylt got my order on the 2nd, shipped on the 8th, and the estimated delivery date is Dec 16. Worse service than Spigen, but a big discount. If the charger works correctly I'll still recommend them.

Ordered around 3pm ET on Dec 2. Still no shipping. I think they use Technocel to do their order fulfillment. Might be time to find a new fulfillment service.
Tylt doesn't seem to send you any updates besides the order confirmation. I e-mailed their customer service last Friday before mine shipped and they got back to me within the hour. They pretty much said they received a lot of orders and they have been having trouble with their site so it was taking a while to process everything.
The best thing to do is just look under shipment tracking on their website. Whenever they actually ship the chargers, the page updates with a tracking number. Pretty much the only way to know if/when it shipped.
I already got mine couple of days ago. Ordered on cyber Monday as well.

It charges well, fast. Stops at 100%, fully charged notification icon and doesn't drain. Everything seems fine except below.
Sometimes it disconnect and reconnect by itself. I guess it changes which coil to use because of design flaw? It happens very seldom and not annoying. But I wouldn't recommend this product to others. I would rather go with sammy official charger.
Probably going to cancel my order today. They keep saying its shipping tomorrow and its not.

Called my local store and they have confirmed they do not have any g3s nor have any information on their arrival. I would just go to a Verizon store but I have a 50 dollar gift card that I can apply towards the G3!.

I didn't get an email today either but I went into Best Buy this afternoon anyways. I just handed the guy my pre-order paperwork and said "I'm here to pick up and activate my Verizon G3". The guy said "oh I think they're still in the back, they just came off the truck". Sure enough, he came back with it and I'm typing this on it now. I'm not sure if they weren't sopposed to give it to me or not but I figured I'd give it a shot. I still haven't gotten the email from Best Buy either. You might get lucky if you go in and just act like you got the email. Good luck!

Interesting. Maybe their just a little late getting to California stores....
The Best Buy stores in my area received them today (the 17th). We received the AT&T and Sprint ones a little ahead of the release but the Verizon ones we recieved day of. Give it a day or so and they will have them if they don't already. I don't know how the email system works, but it might indeed be worth it to walk in and ask.
Seems like the bigger city stores got them but not the smaller cities. I called my local store, Ames, IA and they said Des moines had some but theirs were still on order.

Interesting. It doesn't look like everyone has received these emails. When did you place your order? Mine was first thing in the morning on 7/11 and AFAIK they didn't have the pre-order available on 7/10 like VZW, so I'm fairly confident I'm one of the first folks that pre-ordered. A rep I spoke with did confirm that they're going to ship in the order in which the orders were placed, so maybe there's some sort of issue where they realized they don't have enough stock to cover all pre-orders and are send emails to folks who ordered after some cutoff time? Another possible thought might be that if you pre-ordered and had one of the expedited shipping options (i.e. your expected delivery was yesterday or today) and they knew they weren't going to meet the estimated time they sent the email?
All speculation of course hinging on my hope that I might see a new phone in the next 4 weeks.

I think they are all screwed up over there. Has anyone tried to order and have the phone shipped to home? I keep getting that the shipping option is not available on the Verizon model. I went into the store yesterday and ask about Shipping and they said that this phone would have to be activated in the store.
Getting absolutely nowhere with BB support. Judging by the twitter conversation I had with them, it doesn't look like they've started shipping any devices at all, with no estimate on when they'll start.
Since we're all on here twiddling our thumbs until they give us something to chew on, anyone care to share when they pre-ordered and whether they've received a delay email?

You may want to check with your local Best Buy because I just checked a little bit ago on the website and it shows that my small local Best Buy has them now. It showed that they weren't available this morning.

Just received a call from a BB rep saying they won't be able to ship the LG G3 for "a couple of months."

HAHAHAHAHAHA! I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at Best Buy for thinking that's correct and laughing at that employee for having to make that phone call. They are just asking for it.
I just went into my local best buy and they didn't even know they had them in the storage shelves right behind them. I had to tell the guy the phone came out yesterday and then he checked for it. I didn't get to use the $50 upgrade promotion but they did let me use the $50 towards accessories like a screen protector, case, and audio aux cable. Loving the phone so far.
Had a pre order with Amazon.got an email this morning saying delay this delay that sorry wah wah. Cancelled order went on best buy website. Paid for replacement device(full price) got my your pickup is ready email. Typing from my amazing g3. Best buy chick was on top of it. Even have ne me the option for her to activate it or me at home. I said. Me (duh). Popped SIM in as soon as I was in the car. The rest is history. I did pay more at best buy but I call it a(I want my device now) fee.

Amazon, UDP, $400 Activation Fee
Wonder if you go with Amazon and perform sim swap trick to maintain UDP, would you be hit with the $400 fee for not activating it Amazon's way? Given the delays with BB, I'm almost tempted to take a shot with Amazon but wouldn't necessarily want to get hit with an extra $400 for not following their directions. Any experiences buying phones off Amazon but maintaining UDP with sim trick?
Went to best buy and upgraded with Verizon edge and they gave me a 100$ gift card. They had a 24 inch 1080p TV for 120. So I got the TV for 30$ put the door ..glad I upgraded

Ordered my Personal CellSpot Router

Dialed 611 and ordered the free Personal CellSpot router. Looks like they are waiving the $25 deposit for now so get them while they're hot. I've seen posts elsewhere that they're waiving the deposit until 9/24, but I don't know if that's verified. I don't really need it but if it's free, it's for me. :laugh: They ship UPS ground so it'll be here in a week. Apparently, they don't have them in stores yet.

I went to the store today, and they have them. I wasn't able to pick it up, but they do have at the stores.
I will check the store on my way home tonight. Hopefully they have it and I will check on the waiver for the down payment.

Just did the same. At first they told me they won't be available to order until 9/24. I asked her if she was sure, because someone else mentioned they ordered it already. She put me on hold, checked again, and low and behold, found it and ordered it. No mention of $25 deposit.

Are you sure about the $25 deposit being waived? I was told by a CSR the deposit will go on to my next billing statement.
I specifically asked the guy about the deposit and he just said that the cost right now is zero.

You're correct! I just called T-Mobile to confirm the $25 deposit being waived, and they told me yes.
I just got off the phone and there is no $25 deposit between Sept 17 - the 24th . I would order now if you guys need one . Said i should recieve it by sept 29 via UPS ground.

I just ordered mine . The fee is being waived between the 17th - 24th of September . No charge at all

Did the give you the order number right away? I call this morning and was told they will email me the order number but no email yet.

Yes and they said i could track it by #875# from my phone .. My order number is a 9 digit number . They said i will have it by september 29

Ijust realized it AC too pretty sweet considering i just found out about it 20 minutes ago . Who could pass up a fre wireless A/C router?

I did, it shows "Unable to process...". So I call them back. It turn out the first rep I talked with this morning never complete the order. The 2nd rep has to finalize it. He told me for the trouble, he'll make sure it ship out today. My order status show "Pending ship" now.

So, after seeing this thread, I decided to bite the bullet and order my free router. Took all of 15 minutes to do and I'll have it by Monday. 100% free. No taxes, no upfront costs, no monthly costs, no shipping costs. However, if any of us break service with T-Mobile, they'll charge us $99 to keep it.
The rep I talked to never mentioned a $99 fee to keep after termination, nor does it say that in my online order, nor the text message I received. The T-Mobile TOS mentions fees for unreturned equipment, but does not obviously call out this device, and it's unclear that this is a "rented" or "temporary" device. For all I can tell by talking with the rep, I "ordered" it, and they didn't charge for it. It'll be an interesting conversation if that ever happens (though I'm entirely happy with T-Mo at this time).

It should show in the Alerts section of your My T-Moblie home page. It says "Order in progress" with the order number.
I ordered mine last night, will be here September 29th. No charge, no monthly fee, but must be returned if T-Mobile service is broken. :fingers-crossed:
