i'm currently looking at this navigation unit for my Audi A3 :

and after reading some posts, it seems that you can't play FM radio in background and have GPS running ...
is it true ?
i'm planning to use Here Maps and the default FM radio app, does anyone have a feedback for this setup ?
How i can get to recovery with this device ?
Maybe I will go for Malaysk rom, but maybe after a while, when i get tired of stock rom
or is it really better ?
Do you have a better choice for android navigation system ?
I want the custom fit for my A3

Hi,
I also have a JOYING unit and it is possible to navigate and to hear FM radio at the same time.
I am also using a navigation app from Google Store, not iGo from JOYING.
If you leave the FM radio to start navigation, you are not allowed to press the back button, becaue this will stop the radio app.
You have to press the home button.
You must under GPS settings in main Settings
1. set main gps program
2. set audio mixing
3. set volume for mixing
After that when you listen radio and just press home button not back in rihgt corner.
Because back is closing radio,music,video....etc.
After pressing home go to you navi program and when is needed radio will fade to hear navi ...

I just ordered one ( http://xtrons.com/pf75attar-7-inch-...-mirroring-function-obd2-for-audi-tt-mk2.html ) for my TTRS. I don't plan to install right away. Will likely power it with a bench power supply, and play around with it to see how I like it before I go through the trouble of taking apart my interior

I'm new and this is my first android device, I can't believe there's no way to change radio station using headphone button or camera button, something else rather than switch on the display and tap on it....
I was wondering if sony has some products (earphone..) with a remote controller to do this... I really miss this simple feature....
i read similar posts in the past...and no answers.. anything changed in the meantime?

Hello to everyone and sorry for my bad English.
I bought a from ebay a Car-DVD- Android-4-2-for-Mercedes-Benz-C-Class-W203-W209-C230-C240-C280-C320-C350 with item number 181653721821 and after lot of work I installed the unit to my car yesterday. I am not sure but about the unit model but I think it's KGL-7508 with RK3066 CPU and anroid 4.2.2 jellybeam operation system (CPU and operation system are correct) .
All working till today, I was trying to connect internet via wifi and as I did yesterday,and nothing. I turn wifi on and turned off by it self and finally it stuck and didn't do anything. I pressed the reset button from the unit and it turned on, but again the wifi didn't work. My next move was to press from menu "RETURN TO FACTORY SETTINGS". When the procedure completed some of apps erased and my steering wheel buttons won't working (the steering wheel controls works perfectly with the rest car) either the wifi. I tried by menu steering wheel to fix it exactly as the instruction manual says but nothing.
So please if anyone knows PLEASE HELP ME with, what I can do to fix it steering wheel controls and wifi or just the controls ?

I have installed on my opel astra J an android 5.1.1 head unit with rockchip 3188 1GB RAM. I have the following problems and I would appreciate any help:
1) I have lost the warning sound (forget key)
2) I have lost the warning sound forget light on with key on
3) I have installed the sygic premium but I realize that the response is low and sometimes crashes
4) It was supposed to have 16GB of ROM but it has only 2 and separately 12GB but I cannot install any application on that.
5) When I open the door the steering wheel and climate lights are turning on except the radio which are turning on when I turn the ignition switch

Hello! I have an Android 8.0 head unit in my car. It works well, but there are 2 problem I’d like to solve.
1. when I open the car, the car unit shows the opening in the other sense. For example if I open the left door, the car unit shows the opening of the right. I tryed change the setting in the factory setting panel but it does not work.
2. The keys on the steering wheel work, but I’d like to change the function.
How can I solve these problems?

Problem jeep compass with android Hi, I sincerely hope that you can help me, I explain, I put a new browser on the jeep compass, (android) but I have problems On-board computer language goes to Chinese (I managed to put it in English and I can do fine) but the parking sensors recognize the image, you see but you can't hear the audio. The car doors when it locks for the children in front with the unlock button I have to press the button again but before that I just opened my door, on the navigator there is this option but the item is not checked. Mcu of the navigator and this k (7706) 90 c9 k1 ca (all) amp By chance, do you think there are some updates to get these things working again? thanks a lot
