Seems that with every "update" my 7840 gets slower and slower. The latest 5.1 has made things unbearable so I am looking to go back to KK, root nice to have but non essential. I have bought an MIPAD2, but the seller sold me a Windows 10 version. I want the MIUI version.

Because when i use the flash_all.bat i come in fastboot and have the ''oppertunity'' to unlock the bootloader after pressing yes the mi bunny splits in half and nothing happening anymore.....

After several searches on the net, unlock the bootloader and to do
the ROOT this phone Huawei y 6 2018, but now they are stranded
in the installation of the Twrp recovery.

Probably because your phone has unlocked bootloader and needs to be locked .
Instruction how to do that .
