Firmware on website - Honor 5X Questions & Answers

What is the firmware you can download from the 5x download section on their website. Is it the restore app? Is this what you'd need if you'd want to go back to stock?

for the md5 file you need Odin or Mobile Odin, to flash from recovery you will need a flashable ROM as zip (there is a thread in the general section with stock roms as flashable zips).

un-root it after flashing, or download via sammobile.com, flash as primary rom and then swap it to secondary.

Back to stock. How?

Hi everyone,
I think about restoring my P9000 back to the stock ROM.
This includes to flash the stock recovery.
Is there any guide available to do so?
Thanks.

Step 1: Download SP Flash Tools.
Step 2: Download a Stock ROM from here or the Elephone forum
Step 3: Use SPFT to flash the stock ROM.
Or just search, there are guides available if you took a few minutes to look.

[ROM REQ] Stock ROM required - LG L70 D320n

Hi,
I have some issues with my stock rom for L70 D320n and i want to reflash it. I have tried to flash a custom recovery without success.
I've tried to download some of the stock ROMs from the official website but the links are not working for some reason. A clear example would be this one:
http://csmgdl.lgmobile.com/dn/downloader.dev?fileKey=FW382906432109876543213/D320n10c_00.kdz
The page stays blank and tried to access multiple .kdz files on their website having the same result.
Can anyone help me with a link for a stock ROM?
Thanks so much in advance!
Cheers!

Back to stock

I'm currently using official LineageOS but I'm looking to go back to stock.
What's the most up to date stock image available? Is there any way to flash it using twrp?
Thank you!

No twrp, you have to use fastboot.
