Exactly, this theme is only for MIUI 6/7 OS, not works in Baidu OS.

I can't flash this rom with TWRP 2.6.3.0
thats because you cant use TWRP you need to use the 4.4 specific version of CWM.

Me too, some roms aren't multi rom compatible unfortunately
It says "erasing incomplete rom". Notice there's no md5 so it's a corrupt download, IMO
F2fs-all compatible?

Settings is a bit bugged u can use the settings which i provide it in 2nd post to fix bugs
Instructions to Install this Rom:
Flash via TWRP 3.0.0
Download the Rom from Download Link & put it on your device.
Boot to recovery and choose (for TWRP): Wipe --> Advanced Wipe --> Dalvik, System, Data and Cache. Then Swipe.
Now choose Install and search where you put the Rom.
Tap on it and swipe. Wait until it install the Rom.
Reboot and wait that it complete the first boot: It takes around 15-20 minutes!
Enjoy the Rom.

Instructions
1. Copy the ROM file and the Goodlock theme (first unzip the theme ) to your phone's internal storage.
2. Boot into recovery mode (TWRP) (Power + Home + Volume up)
3. Do a full wipe (check everything but internal storage in advanced wipe).
4. Install the ROM file.
5. Reboot your phone when the installation is finished.
6. Go into Settings > Applications > Default Applications > Phone, & set the default phone app.
7. Go into GoodLock settings ( The circular icon next to the settings icon in the notifications panel).
8. Go to Backup and Restore > Restore Data. The password is: 1234
9. Enjoy!

Ok I will answer all your questions:
- The theme is not a perquisite to run Pixel ROM, it is what gives you the color menu displayed in the screenshot. You don't need to flash it, you need to unzip it to the memory of your phone and restore it from the good lock app.
- you can also change the color menu in routines in good lock.
- Yes thus ROM is from April because I hadn't much time to deodex another ROM. I will change the base in a future update.

FLASHING INSTRUCTIONS
download rom from given link transfer to internal memory
MMX A350 V3 PHILZ recovery is recommended to flash any MIUI Version in A350
Choose Clean to Install option to wipe previous ROM
then choose MIUI 8 zip & flash...
DO NOT INSERT SIM NEITHER CONNECT TO WIFI In order to complete 1st boot setup...
Install Viper sound driver by starting VIPER4ANDROID app by giving root permissions
head to xposed app, Activate both Modules & install firmware followed by reboot
To Improve Loudness of the device sound patch zip can be flashed via Recovery(optional)
Vooollllaaaa.....ready to enjoy MIUI 8( IMEI can be entered by Chamlephone app from Google play store unless u don't lose ur baseband)
