Miui roms at http://miuif.celogeek.com/ - Xiaomi Redmi 3 Questions & Answers

Hi all
Just wanted to know if anybody has tried MIUI roms located at URL http://miuif.celogeek.com/ ?

these are xiaomi.eu roms. Great rom for mi phones. I use one for my mi4c.

Thanks for the feedback, I unlocked my bootloader yesterday and quickly tried the latest version for ido. Seems that it was running fine.
Now I switched to CM12. although I was quite impressed by MIUI Roms, I'm more used to CM like Roms

Redmi note 3 Snapdragon Version Rom

I just bought a my redmi note 3 sd and i requested a bootloader unlock so im waiting now and i wanted to prepare a new ROM to install. I see that there are lots of ROMs but i want a stable one with almost everything working. I saw 2 ROMs like that F-Rom and AOSP? AND I wanted to ask which recovery should i install TWRP Official or Cofface-TWRP?
Thanks in advance
I am currently in global developer ROM.

For aosp and cm you need the normal recovery, cofface recovery is only for miui Roms. The Roms are based on the same leaked Rom From snapdragon. Aosp runs stable and fast, FP is working not AS fast then in miui but usable. Gapps are already included

Redmi 3 (NOT Note or Pro) without MIUI?

Hi everyone,
plane and simple:
Is there a way to use the Redmi 3 without Miui? Its not a bad OS, its just to bloated.
I would much prevere the stock andorid, ir something very lightweight.
I already checked out with Cyanogen Mod, but they said, they are NOT supporting the Redmi 3.
So can I run a stock Android on the Redmi 3 without having issues? Or can you advise some other roms?
TY.

there are cm 12.1 and even cm 13 roms for redmi 3 why dont you search it on redmi 3 thread.
Apparently CM13 development just resumed yesterday and it seems to be pretty good for now.
I don't mind miui, it's an attractive rom, especialy 8. But I do mind all the Chinese clatter that come with it. If there is a debloated version for 3S I'd give it a go
Just install the global ROM if that's your problem. CyanogenMod is decent but needs some work to be a daily driver. That and the many bugs that still exist for it.

The "stock kernel"-labelled CM12.1 on XDA works great as my daily driver

Why don't you try it for yourself?
That's because there are only 3 Android 6 Roms for the Redmi Note 2 and they are im development, so not stable. I think, the best Rom is the Miui 8 Stock Rom, it's not perfect, but it's the best

Thanks bro for help
Try Resurrection Remix by Bule. it's currently on 6.0 and it is useful for daily usage. The battery is okayish, in par with other AOSP and MIUI stock roms. Even though there's some Chinese malware preinstalled, you can easily remove it.

There are most of the roms on 6.0, but i still prefer using MIUI 8 skinny because it's the most stable one.

Looking for a stock-like rooted unencrypted rom

I'm trying to find a rom very similar to the miui 9 global stable on my redmi note 4 snapdragon because I like the tools like remote etc... I just wanted it rooted (preferably magisk) and unencrypted. I just got my unlock sms so I'm looking to download a rom to be ready for when the unlock page is available. I've looked through and found one that says it removed a bunch of Chinese bloatware and I worried it includes those tools...it was called epic rom I think, but if anyone has it does it still have the tools?
