No. Full wipe
in this rom like in all others cm roms for our phone, the volume of the speaker, loud speaker, in calls, is almost useless, I've tried to optimize editing snd_soc_msm_Sitar,but can't, volume increase but with an unsupportable noise and echo, otherwise this rom is so beautiful and works really fine, THANKS Volidol

When there is small amout of RAM available, system starts cleaning useless things, which is also cached launcher. You can try to lock launcher in RAM - app Memory Locker.

Ofc, to Terminal Emulator on phone. First, write "su" for root rights and then "chmod 444 /data/data/com.google.android.gms/cache".

You can use f2fs in cache and data but not in system. To change to f2fs, use the latest twrp by tomoms. Then go to wipe, advanced wipe, select cache and press change filesystem. Then choose f2fs. The same for data. After that clean install the ROM and gapps if you want and reboot!!!!

Ouch True. I didnt notice that because i use other Music player. I will look in to it.
Review:
Awesome Battery backup, didnt even decrease by 1% during the night,
Good battery backup even after running high end games;
Some minor lags here and there.
Average 300+ free ram, which is nice.
A bug:
On the lock screen it always shows "no sim card" in the top left corner.
And if u could, add the battery saver or the battery mode option in the quick settings panel.

Edit: The Bug is not persistent it seems, I rebooted earlier and it was gone, but came back after next reboot.

No difference. Test build was made at my server without that mediaprofile patch applied, so I made another build when I got official with the patch applied. No difference... One is manual application of patch and second is auto

I flashed the official build and the unofficial one too! None of them booted for me! What's the issue? I used TWRp 3.0.0 by tugapower. I flashed open gapps micro package. Still it didn't boot!

Try booking without gapps. Wipe data, system and cache before flash
Use TWRP 2.8.6.0 MATERIALIZED
Use latest firmware from CM (Tho you're running MM so idk if necessary)

I think a simple reboot would have fixed your problem. I didn't have a issue though so I'm not sure what you have going on.
Just flashed it with actual open gapps. No problems with google play. Seems nice and fast. Thanks to the devs. Gonna check battery life and smoothness over the next few days. Great benefit is also the dark ui.... Just a question. Is this rom compiled with uber toolchain?

Guys .. why in all Oreo ROMs the page in some settings options is not in the center. It goes little to right?!

If you install open gapps oreo aroma installer and you choose to insert the Google Assistant prop file it works. I use it and launches the Assistant without any issues.
