Unknown IMEI - Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Questions & Answers

Hello,
I recently tried to unlock my bootloader by using this method: http://en.miui.com/thread-253680-1-1.html
Unfortunately, I'm unsuccessful at first. Now my baseband and IMEI is unknown.
I got my phone to unlocked bootloader and now rooted. Anyway to recover those? I've read that my NVRAM might have been wiped.
Any help would be great.
Thanks.

[Q] Need help to SIM unlock with GalaxSim Unlock

Hi everyone. I have a GT-I9300 phone running on stock 4.1.2 that I can't get unlocked with the very acclaimed app GalaxSim Unlock (GSU). The app says my phone is unlocked, but it isn't, because I've never unlocked it and it prompts for a SIM unlock code after inserting a SIM card from a different carrier. I'll explain what I did with more detail:
First I flashed an Argentina unbranded ROM 4.1.2 (I9300UBEMH2). When I installed GSU there was a message saying "NV data inconsistency". I restored the efs folder backup I had but the message didn't change. So I tried flashing an Argentina branded 4.1.2 (I9300UBELL6) that was from the same carrier the phone was locked to (no particular reason, just a blind guess to fix it). Now GSU said "invalid IMEI" (0049...). The efs backup didn't fix it. Then I flashed the same unbranded again because at least it was recognizing the IMEI and, at my surprise, GSU said that the phone was already unlocked and there was no problem with IMEI, Serial No or NV data consistency. But now I can't use GSU to unlock my phone and I haven't tried any other app to unlock it. I've also tried an older version of GSU that was on a thread on this forum but I had the same problem.
Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? Maybe try flashing another unbranded ROM? Downgrade to 4.0.4? Change something in efs folder? Another permanent unlock method without GSU?
I appreciate any help provided and I apologize if this problem has already been answered before (I've been looking for hours here with no luck). Just in case there is no solution I'll ask (and I'm not sure if this is against the rules, in which case this line can be deleted) if you know of a trusted and cheap website where I could buy a SIM unlock code (carrier charges way too much).
Thanks in advance.
GalaxySim Unlock does not work with release EFSv2. Modem version upper than MG4.
One good explanation here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2393289
You must wait for a GalaxySim unlock update or obtain the sim unlock code by asking your carrier.

If it was unlocked previously then it doesn't relock, unless a file corrupted and it restored a .bak from before you unlocked.
There is no way to unlock for free anymore.

I don't think you need to raise unlock request.Need to enable developer option and allow OEM unlocking.
fastboot oem unlock is sufficient for unlocking after lock by Mistool..
But, it would always configure your mi id for the device before starting.....

Nope, most of the time it isn't going to relock the bootloader. (98% of the time it won't)
I raise request unlock bootloader last night and today morning i received sms from miui to unlock the bootloader and follow thebinstruction. i guess its not wrong trying ? once again to unlock bootloader..since previous owner already request to unlock bootloader! Maybe thats the reason i receive the unlock sms not even 1day because its already requested in the past..

Huawei Mate 10 Pro Downgrade from 8.0.0.156 to 8.0.0.149 or lower

Can Anybody help me ?
I have a rooted and unlocked Mate 10 Pro.
But with the new Update , i can't downgrade Play Service.... I need this for a Game.
Now i need to downgrade to a lower version.
Thanks for help.
P.s.: I search in the Forum , but the most is search for downgrade from EMUI 8 to 7 or 9 to 8.
The lowest version you can downgrade to is B146 (Assuming you are on BLA-L29C432B156), using firmware from androidhost.ru.
OR flash images manually through TWRP, this way you could downgrade to first build if you wanted to xD
Just don't flash XLOADER.img as you are on new xloader. Flashing one from B145 or earlier will brick your phone.

For flash with TWRP you must need "BOOTLOADER UNLOCKED" and you know very wel that's service is Down from time.
So you guide NOT help for nothing.

Ok sorry, haven't seen OP have unlocked bootloader.
Ok now i want do a question to you.
Sinche i've all professional tool for Extract and Flash also each single partition in Upgrade mode w/o unlocked bootloader, have one BLA-L09 C432 in B158.
If i flash the B143 C432 w/o Xloader partition, phone will not boot or boot having same B156 version?
My customer mistaked this device flashing Ram Disk, (Loader) + OEMINFO by TESTPOINT and have lost IMEI. So, i was searching a way for Downgrade and do Imei Repair, but there writed in all side that's impossible Downgrade from B156 or earlier...you have solution?

Easiest way, in my opinion, would be to just flash board firmware. Since he already has testpoint available?
Then you can repair imeis and that while on board using HCU. You can not get back original oeminfo though unless he has a backup of it.
But imeis that phone uses will be repaired, and you can still unlock using HCU's get unlock code button. Original code, if he got it through Huawei, will not be usable though.
Here's a guide for using HCU and steps to take, any deviation from these steps will result in no imei or no network.
1)Flash oeminfo (own backup) from fastboot
2)Backup modemnvm_system, modemnvm_factory and modemnvm_backup using adb pull from a command prompt (/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/modemnvm_system and so on)
3)Flash backed up modemnvm_system, modemnvm_factory and modemnvm_backup from fastboot
3)Modify and brand with HCU (check everything but those that erase/flash empty board) (remember to fill vendor and cust)
4)Unlock sim with HCU
5)Read Bootloader code if you ever used HCU to get code before
6)Download and flash service firmware from androidhost.ru using a OTG cable and a memory stick
For step 1 you should be able to just backup and flash the existing oeminfo in phone as it's already using someone elses (DC's oeminfo flash will just download an oeminfo from their server and flash it, so you get someone elses oeminfo).
