Hi, i just bought a note 3 pro (snapdragon)
The seller said that the bootloader is unlocked.
how can i verify that it actually is unlocked?
MIUI Version is MIUI 7 Global 6.3.18 Beta
Would i brick my device when i try to flash something else?

Be careful in the flashing of MIUI ROMs with unlocked bootloader! BOOTLOOP!! BRICK!

My doubt is that,
1. How to relock bootloader.
2. If it is relocked, how to unlock it again.

To relock the bootloader, just flash an official miui fastboot rom via miflash and you're done....
If you have unlocked officially, you can just unlock your bootloader anytime without asking permission from xiaomi again...
If you have unlocked your device unofficially, repeat the steps you did for unlocking your device or unlock officially.....

Thanks for replying today i flash miui stock fastboot via miflash and checked using this code "fastboot oem device-info"
it still shows "device unlocked= true"
it didint relock my bootloder....

I see many asking how to Relock Bootloader, especially those who had unlocked unofficially.

The steps to be followed are following:
(1) Turn on USB debugging for your phone;
Go to Settings -- About Phone --> Touch 7 times on "MIUI version" to Enable Developer Options.
Now go to Settings - Additional Settings - Developer Options --> USB debugging.
Enable USB Debugging and Connect to PC.
(2) Download Fastboot ROM (file extension .tgz or .tar) from

(3) Boot into EDL
adb devices (to check it's connected)
adb reboot edl
(4) Use MI Flash Tool to Flash the Fastboot ROM
One done it will be locked... To relock follow same steps as done earlier - either official or unofficial

Try flashing twrp

Keep vol+ pressed while sending fastboot reboot command or try with fastboot reboot-bootloader.

You need minimal adb and fastboot drivers search it on xda
Hi guys, I'm new here and I'm looking for a solution for this device, xiaomi redmi go, which is bricked and has bootloader blocked, so I can not flash the stock rom By fastboot mode in xiaomi flash Tool, so I tried edl mode, and also couldn't flash any rom I downloaded, and the device is only recognized by older versions of xiaomi flash Tool In edl mode. I could not access the miui forum to download the rom because it is apparently down Then I downloaded it from other sites. Thanks in advance to anyone who wants to help me.
P.s: all versions of the roms i found on the internet are before or after the version on the device, So I want this version that is on the device:

Bro you found any solution of Redmi Go writing problem. Same issue am having and stumbled upon this thread.!
Anyone there? Can i factory reset my Redmi go or bypass OEM unloc because my phone is stuck at boottlogo? The problem occured when i tried to remove root access through fastboot then i accidentally locked the unlocked bootloader. And now I cannot turn on my phone nor i can flash stock rom. until realme published the source codes of android 11, you can unlock bootloader only on android 10
